"Gets the job done"
Pros: HubSpot continually adds features that make it easier to get all of the nitty-gritty details done in a faster way. So much goes into lets say a webinar, and HubSpot ties it all together in a way that makes my day much smoother. HubSpot also does a great job at giving you tools to succeed. They work hard to make sure their customers are not only in their system daily, but avid fans.
Cons: I dislike the loading speed while using landing pages, but it could be my internet connection. The HubSpot icon just spins an spins and spins sometimes. I also get overwhelmed in the system a lot and find that the custom reporting has a lot more potential than it currently offers.

"HubSpot is a big reason that I love marketing!"
Pros: The HubSpot platform is fairly easy to use, and everything I can't figure out is a phone call away. Support is great and always friendly. You don't have to pay extra to access fast answers either. Their support team walks the walk and talks the talk so you also aren't stuck explaining foreign concepts to them when you need help figuring out how to make a workflow work best. I just love their support.
Cons: In the spirit of agile, they are constantly pushing updates to the system. Most updates are great, but sometimes it seems like buttons disappear or move over night, and it can be a little annoying trying to find out where that thing went when it used to be right here. It happens rarely though!

"HubSpot: A Marketing and Sales tool"
Pros: There are SO many things you can do with HubSpot. It is such a multi-faceted platform. Their customer service is very helpful. I have also found their online tutorials to be very helpful when trying to understand all of the moving parts on the platform.
Cons: There may almost be TOO much that you can use the system for, if that is possible. It is difficult to know everything that they offer because there is so much offered.

"Better than you even realize"
Comments: I didn't think I'd love hubspot sales as much as I do and I have to say the support is the best in the business. You're paying a pretty penny but the platform and support make it all worth it.
Pros: Hubspot sales is honestly so incredible, it still shocks me how much information I can get out of this one platform. There are so many smart functions and EVERYTHING is shown in a super user-friendly way. I've been able to track leads, multiple pipelines, deals, and so much more in a very efficient manner since using hubspot 4 months ago.
Cons: There is very little that hubspot can't do. It's definitely recommended to use hubspot sales in conjunction with their other "hubs" as that's how we find you can get the most information for all departments in a holistic manner.

"Why isn't everyone on the planet using this?!?!?!?!?"
Comments: Hubspot Sales, formerly known as Sidekick, has been my sidekick since I started in the business roughly 2 years ago. I always tell my clients they NEED too have this in order to succeed in life. If they don't, they will fail, and not in the good way.
Pros: Tells you when people open your email or attachments. Extremely beneficial.
Cons: Nothing.

Comments: Overall pretty easy Sales process tool to manage selling systems.
Pros: Intuitive platform helps me develop Sales engineering processes for my company. Support has been key, and additional Help tools have been great to develop usability.
Cons: Does not sync with My Office 365 system for client calendaring. Have to double-entry all meetings in these systems to ensure tracking on one side and calendaring on the other. Calendars don't sync, and I have missed a few meetings because if it.

"It is a good software for planning activities with clients and forecast sales with customers and easy to understand"
Comments:
for my experience, it is a very good tracking system, for people who have previously handled another system of prospection and sales tracking,
In addition if you have experience in specific markets and a good relationship with your customers, you can plan future sales lines (segments / niches), which will require or are growing in the market.
Pros: It is very friendly and easy to understand, especially to schedule follow-ups with clients and planning sales of product lines and future market needs.
Cons: Although it is friendly and easy to understand, it requires expertise in the management of the sale and know how to interpret statistics

"Great SaaS that actually grows with your business"
Comments: As long as your business pricing isn't super complicated, sales hub allows business to integration all customer information into one place. It's a great customer experience which is well worth the money if you can afford it.
Pros: Great thing about Hubspot is you can start with a CRM, and take that data to expand to other products in the suite
Cons: Sequence can be a bit tricky and limited in functions sometimes. I wish I had more triggers like their marketing automation tool. For example, it'd be great to have if/then function in the sales automation

"Helps us track ROI and close more deals."
Comments: Our sales and marketing departments use HubSpot Sales to help measure the success of both our marketing team (to help funnel leads to our sales department) and the success of our sales team (to see to ROI and close rate). HubSpot Sales helps keep our team organized as we can track who has reached out to a specific lead and where that lead is at in the sales funnel.
Pros:
Below are the 3 biggest benefits to us in using Hubspot sales:
- Sequences
- Templates
- It gives you the ability to track the sales process/funnel
Cons:
- It would be nice if you could limit user uses based on landing pages or how they came in.
- HubSpot's company information can be incorrect at times.

"Excellent tool for sales productivity and email tracking"
Pros: The email tracking is fantastic. You can quickly see when and where your emails and getting open. The CRM integration with Salesforce is also great as it can automatically log emails you are sending into salesforce. It is also great to have templates within hubspot sales that allow you to quickly grab templated emails for fast prospecting.
Cons: Nothing in particular. I did notice they are getting rid of the location function of the email tracking. I personally like that feature to see what location emails are being open so I am sad to see that go.

"Great Product, Ease of Use and Control"
Comments: it is good as companies are starting out and salespeople are getting comfortable
Pros: This is a good starter CRM. Sales folks will need to get a foundation and utilize more than a spreadsheet. This has stronger accountability but less reporting or workflows as something such as SFDC.
Cons: The UI is a touch childish - perhaps it's just me and maybe not important but seems less business and just not quite as professional as what I am used to in the Enterprise world.

"Prospect chaos reigned in"
Comments: If you are currently using excel or any other non CRM software to track your prospects, STOP. Switch to Hubspot! You won't be sorry.
Pros: I was previously using Excel to track prospects. It was working although it was VERY time consuming. Then I discovered Hubspot! Life has never been better! I have all my prospects in one place. I can track the correspondence I have with each prospect and set follow up reminders. It's all in one place and the history of the account is easy to review.
Cons: I use the free version, which does not include the email campaign feature which is a bummer. But you get a lot for the free version, including dashboards for pipeline evaluation, which is great.

Comments: Great tool with lots of features, have had a positive experience using Hubspot Meetings tool.
Pros: We use Hubspot Meetings to let clients book appointments with members of our team. It integrates with Outlook and updates instantaneously so clients can't book at unavailable times.
Cons: (Hubspot Meetings) - it would be great if the automatic calendar invite meeting subject line could be customized. Currently it says "Team Member Name & Client Name." I always have to update the meeting invite to include something more specific.

Comments: With declining results from outbound sales tactics - telemarketing, events, etc - we decided to look into HubSpot's Sales 'module'. Our team got to know about the solution from HubSpot's Academy and after onboarding with the free features, we transitioned to the HubSpot Sales Pro option to derive even greater sales productivity.
Pros:
1. Actively supports HubSpot's refreshing Inbound Sales methodology
2. Quick & easy to get started and use
3. Excellent value
4. Integrates well with HubSpot's Marketing & CRM
Cons: I'm afraid I can't think of any.

"Great, Low-Cost Solution for Straight-Forward Sales Engagement"
Pros: The low price point is a big plus. It's a no-brainer solution for organizations that already use HubSpot COS and don't want to pay for a pricier solution. It has fairly robust functionality and will likely meet the needs of sales teams with simple to moderately-complex sales cycles and engagement processes. Also, the calling features, email/calendar sync, and meeting link functionality pieces are rock solid.
Cons: Lacks some of the bells and whistles of pricier platforms that would allow teams to create more-complex cadences. Other things like not being able to customize call dispositions and not being able to tie in Sales Pro functionality into COS Workflows, etc. Still, not a deal breaker for most sales teams, I think.

"Simplifies Everything, Streamlines processes"
Comments: I have saved substantial time, money & resources by using HubSpot Sales Hub. It works seamlessly with marketing hub and automation. I would purchase the full HubSpot suite if I were looking for a new software.
Pros:
-As a lead generation manager with a marketing background, sales hub is a breeze and intuitive!
-Easily identify new leads, sort leads and assign leads manually or via workflow! This saves time, money, energy and alleviates any concerns of one rep receiving more leads than another.
- So many tools for sales to leverage! Sequences to customize, notes in CRM and robust contact profiles.
Cons: -Pipeline tracking could be a little more intuitive. It would be excellent to add features including probability of closing during time periods and a cleaner view of who is working the lead. -Setting up sales pipelines and workflows is time consuming BUT WORTH IT.

"HubSpot is the best CRM I have ever used"
Comments: HubSpot has become a foundation for our entire business. It houses all of our clients and prospects information plus all important stats for each. It is such a vital tool that helps compliment everything we are doing as a company. I do not know what we would do without HubSpot.
Pros: HubSpot does most all of the work for you and collects your client and sales data through integration. My cold call efforts do not need to result in tons of data entry but rather allows me to enter my notes and sales data into the HubSpot profile that is created through me simply sending an email.
Cons: I have found the duplicates and some time triple copies of data have been found in HubSpot. This makes managing data and notes challenging. They have a merge feature but this is time-consuming and cannot be undone so at times it feels like a risk.

"It does what it should - unfortunately Im just not a fan."
Comments: Its great because everything is in one place but its also not the best user experience because everything is in one place. It gives the feeling of a puzzle where all the pieces sort of fit together but not quite.
Pros: It works great in terms of keeping track of opportunities, leads, customers etc. I also like that you can log (and track) your emails, notes, calls, and the like. Pretty much everything, which is super valuable. It creates a contact and company/account overview that is visible to colleagues which makes communication easier and ensures that everyone is on the same page. This is particularly great if an account is passed from one person to the other or a colleague is not available to give you the run-down.
Cons:
- There is this general issue I have (or struggle with) when it comes to Hubspot is all the different tools that they have and how they all sort of work together but also maybe not. And its sometimes hard to know which "hub" you are in and whether that communicates with other places.
- Relevant to the previous point, the pricing structure that comes with it is also not seamless, definitely not a nice user experience. It's like buying fruit at the market but you get a pear and an apple but there's also a larger apple, but have you also considered taking a look at our melon offer? and so on...

"Great Sales CRM!"
Comments: From day one I could see the value, and was happy with it. Being able to track documents and emails alone, in my business, is key. It allows me to see which prospects are the most engaged with the content, and that makes all the difference!
Pros: This is a great tool for your sales process. It provides oodles of data about your outreach, about email viewings, detailed data about how prospects are viewing your documents (even which pages, and for how long!). As a whole, it provides a variety of reports, lets you upload more documents and email templates than you could ever need! It integrates seamlessley with GMAIL (this what really what sold me), and operates along side your gmail account. Hence, I don't have to go in and manually add prospects to the CRM, I don't even need to input them via one list of all of them at once. Just working every day adds them one at a time as I work. And if I want to do it on a mass scale, I can do that too!
Cons: Cons... well. I feel like I could use a coach to sit by my side and show me everything. There is quite a lot that it does, and for a guy like me who isn't near as tech saavy as I think I am, it's quite complex. I see my colleague utilizing the software to a much higher degree. I feel I will get there, but for now it serves a few key purposes, and is already well worth the expense.

Comments: Highly recommended for organizations of any size. Each company will find a great combination of Hubspot modules and versions. The product is easy to deploy, understand and use.
Pros: It's easy to implement and a couple of months is enough. The user interface helps a lot in the adoption process. Trainings are more or less short as users feel confortable doing basic tasks very easily from day one. Support is excellent always in native language and very quick.
Cons: The core of the CRM which is contact management is very powerfull. And when combined with Marketing hub it is unlimitted powerful. Probably, some bundles are too expensive for small companies.

"HubSpot Sales Hub is awesome, but the cost can rack up fast"
Comments: Overall, the HubSpot Sales Hub is good foe increasing efficiency and productivity of your sales team.
Pros: The HubSpot Sales Hub is capable in so many ways — it enables our sales team members to call from the platform, take notes, search quickly, and run through their tasks automatically. Perhaps the greatest advantage from an administrative standpoint is the ability to automatically create tasks with workflows and see that they get done in a timely manner.
Cons: The worst thing about this software — by far — is the fact that you have to pay more and more money for each little feature. There’s not a lot of value-add here, and the software boasts a LOT of cool features that are not inexpensive to use. The tiered plan system is a bit frustrating when you (understandably) find out that you don’t have access to the most powerful features, or when someone on your sales team sees what they could be doing and wonders why they can’t.

"Simple and Robust CRM"
Comments: We use Hubspot for multiple things. However, for a CRM system, it's much easier to use and teach than most other CRM systems. I think for sales reps, it's simple enough to use and it's helpful to have the marketing tools partnered with it that are simple.
Pros: I personally prefer Hubspot for Sales over marketing any day. For a CRM it's much more user-friendly than that of Salesforce or Sugar. It's easy to connect to your emails to track progress of leads and if you really dive into it, then there's a lot of features to make your overall sales process easier like workflows, segmented lists, etc.
Cons: Uploading documents can get lost in deals, contact, or company. If you're missing a contact for a company, things can get messy. They also do a lot of updates which causes the site to crash a lot.

"HubSpot - If you're using another CRM, check this one out"
Comments: While none of the team evaluating HubSpot when we were looking to upgrade our CRM a few years ago, had experience with the product, we were impressed with the user interface, features and functionality offered. We needed to be sure we could easily onboard our sales team and make the transition to this system as easy as possible while providing business value. Integration with our instance of the HubSpot Marketing Hub allows for seamless lead flow from our website, management of leads and deals, tracking of touches whether by email, phone or manual tasks provides us with the ability to ensure follow up with new prospects and current customers.
Pros: While there are many key aspects of HubSpot we find critical, one of the, if not the most critical is the ability to have our HubSpot Sales Hub linked and aligned with our Marketing Hub. We started with the Sales Hub first and the marketing team soon found value in adding the HubSpot Marketing Hub so we have end to end integration allowing smoother demand generation, lead flow and tracking.
Cons: Honestly it is difficult to find a con that is a result of what HubSpot offers. We use NetSuite as our ERP for finance and had to work with a 3rd party vendor on a complicated integration between the two that we need to actively monitor as there will be a few instances each month of syncing not going through for a few deals that will result in a needed adjustment.
