"Love it!"
Comments: AdvocateHub is an awesome tool. Our customers love the badges and prizes that they can earn by completing challenges. I love that Influitive always has new ideas for our hub and they are really invested in helping me be successful at my job.
Pros: It's so easy! I was scared to publish my first challenge, but shouldn't have been. Its so easy to make the challenges and add pictures and videos to enhance them. I also love the integrations that they have with Salesforce.
Cons: They have some bugs but are always responsive to feedback and fix any problems really fast.

"Advocate marketing, streamlined"
Comments: I've used Influitive to capture the value of customers who love our product and make the most of them as promotors of our brand. Influitive has exceeded my expectations through its powerful abilities to target marketing activities to customer advocates who are best suited for them. My business is a rapidly growing SaaS startup with around 60 employees.
Pros: Great customer and technical support. Powerful targeting of activities available for advocates. User experience is quite good.
Cons: They are a small company and are still developing integrations with other software tools. That being said, they are great about taking feedback and are great at communicating the future of these integrations.

"Influitive is a great concept"
Comments: I've been using Influitive for about 3 months now and overall love the concept around the solution. We have struggled a bit with our engagement since implementation but that's because we are working on honing the audience we use the tool with. Not really a reflection on Influitive. Overall love the concept and they provide tons of support for their users and community.
Pros:
Phenomenal customer success team - they really hold your hand thru onboarding process
Great tool for marketing audience
Easy to setup/use
Cons:
Might not be right for highly technical audience
Not fully developed at this time so constant product updates based on customer feedback (not a terribly bad thing)

"Great in concept, lacking in execution"
Comments: We didn't keep the product for very long. Maybe it just wasn't right for us, but just something to be aware of.
Pros: This product sounded (and maybe for you, it is!). For the few of our clients that used it, they seemed excited about it.
Cons: It didn't integrate well enough with our products. We have a tough enough time getting clients to use our product, now we have to send them to another place (outside of our product)?

"The best tool for Advocacy Marketing!"

"Influitive is a great way to organize, challenge and educate your advocates!"
Pros: The ability to have a communication hub that doesn't involve mass emails or long lists of advocates in a spreadsheet. The ability to ask advocates for help on the random marketing needs that come forth is a huge asset.
Cons: It can be tricky to learn the nuances of the platform when it comes to writing, editing or emailing challenges that have been created. Also can be tricky to get settings and processes right for importing advocates into the system.

"From Start to Finish - Influitive is Impressive"
Comments: As a community manager for our new advocacy program I can attest that the Influitive experience is an excellent one. From when we first began our engagements with the company to our soft launch we've seen results right away. We haven't even hard launched yet and I can safely say that I've seen an increase of engagement in our channel network. Prior to Influitive it was a challenge to get the attention of our partners who are extremely busy. Things have changed for the better. As for the Salesforce integration, it gives our Sales team to nominate advocates automatically. It also allows them to suggest references. We haven't used the referral integration as of yet (too early) but I can already guess that it will be a seamless success. Only good things to say about Influitive. You should check them out.
Pros:
Amazing onboarding process (project management was a breeze)
Intuitive platform and interface
Quick support, super helpful and prompt
Cons:
Not many really

"Easy to use for admins with tremendous results!"

"Get ready to offer customers the white glove service they deserve!"
Comments:
Influitive offers our customers a fun way to engage with our content, essentially gamifying their interaction with our company and making it FUN for them. It also:
- Rewards our customers for activities that they do on a regular basis anyway (reading blogs, sharing on social, providing product feedback, providing testimonials and case studies)
- Provides our customers with an "exclusive Members-only community", and a place to facilitate industry discussions with peer-to-peer feedback.
- Creates opportunities for our customers that they never knew existed and never thought possible to attain.
- Allows our company to gain remain in tune with what our customers think, feel, want, and need.
- Support staff is helpful and quick to respond.
Cons:
- Onboarding was a little clunky, but we got through it.
- Wish there were more real examples to reference as we were building our hub.
- There are quite a few basic customizations that could be made (their Trello board is monitored regularly and updated frequently, so you're definitely able to add your suggestions there!).

"Influitive solves problems!"
Comments: I just started using influtive and I can honestly say it has helped my team grow as marketers. With customer advocacy growing within the marketing world, this tool has really helped solve many problems. Foremost, this product helps us drive reviews, referrals, and customer reference calls. On top of those major tools, it also allows our customers to engage with us on a new platform besides just a forum. Customers find this way of engagement fun, collaborative, and innovative.
Pros:
- Gameified way to engage customers
- Easy to use
- Appealing UI
- Great support team
Cons:
- Pricing is a bit high
- There are still areas in which the product can be updated to make the experience better. Although I do love the clean design, there are areas in which simple tweaks in the customization of the product could be improved.

"I love the Influitive's AdvocateHub!"
Comments: Great tool to keep your advocates updated, and for product reviews.
Pros: I love the AdvocateHub App from Influitive. I receive notifications when challenges are available to complete. After complete them, I get points which I can later trade for rewards. The best part is that I keep myself updated, since I receive news about the industry's newly trends. Great tool for networking as well.
Cons: Sometimes it takes a little more time to submit information through the App. Website platform seems faster. But overall is a great tool.

Comments: I am administering an AdvocateHub for my company and am seeing great engagement by key customers thus far. Influitive is pioneering the new Advocate Marketing industry and offers a powerful platform that enables companies to achieve a wide range of business objectives: increasing referrals, growing the base of reference customers, creating a powerful channel of product advisors and beta testers who provide invaluable insights, cultivating a group of brand ambassadors who can help increase word of mouth and social reach, and providing an elegant way to reward customers who perform these and other activities on our behalf. The platform is highly customizable, user friendly, intuitive, and fun to use.
Pros: Influitive is thoroughly dedicated to helping us achieve our goals and remarkably invested in our success. Influitive is highly responsive to our needs and is an extraordinary partner.
Cons: It's hard to identify any downside to working with Influitive or going with AdvocateHub. Whenever I have a request for an enhancement or new feature, I usually hear back that it's being planned or considered for a future release. No complaints here!

"Been looking for this solution for years!"
Comments: We were looking for a solution to reward our customers who consist of primarily gamers. We needed to find a solution that tapped into their competitive spirit and at the same time gain some loyal customers/fans at the same time.
Pros: Solution is very intuitive, interface was easy to figure out on your own, getting up and running was easy, and our customer service manage was always on top of things.
Cons:
There are some features I would like to have at my finger tip.
1) Social reporting, the ability to track what reach your advocates have would be ideal
2) Advance reporting, I am a numbers guy, and I need the ability to crunch my own numbers. Canned reports are nice to begin with, but once you understand the solution, you start thinking of different ways reports you would like to run.
3) Template of responses, because I often have to respond the same thing to advocates, it would be nice to have a repository of response you can always reuse.

"Build real relationships with your best customers"
Comments: Influitive make building real relationships with your best customers easy. By gamifying the experience, customers provide reviews, referrals, and references for your company in a way that is engaging and rewarding for them, and you get the benefit of all those activities for your company. The sky is the limit with what your customers can do for you and Influitive makes it easy to do.
Pros: Ease of use, integrations with other software in the martech stack (Salesforce, Marketo), fantastic support, great onboarding experience, and customer success.
Cons: It is a pricey investment, but worthwhile.

"Effective way to boost advocate engagement!"
Comments: Influitive's AdvocateHub is an amazing way to rally around our most engaged clients... giving them a tool to advocate for us, whether it's in the form of social media, online reviews, references, referrals, or idea/content sharing (and more). We've seen an amazing response in just a few weeks of using the program.
Pros: It's fun and interactive for the advocates, and it's intuitive and easy to use for me (the admin of the hub).
Cons: I really can't think of anything I dislike. The price seems a little steep (but you get a dedicated coach to help you set everything up, and the support team is AMAZING).

"Influitive paid for itself within the first 6 months"
Pros: The software is easy to install and use. The team behind Influitive is super helpful and always there for me when I need it. We have seen amazing results, quickly. Our users think we are incredibly innovative in using Influitive.
Cons: Slow product innovation. It's a young product so I'd like to see new features on a more regular basis. I absolutely hate the reporting software (Looker). It's slow and it's hard to get the reports I want which aren't necessarily part of the standard dashboard.

"Time well spent"
Comments: Influitive is a platform that will reward direct efforts towards customer engagement. With an incredibly detailed onboarding process and a culture of using their own platform to engage with their customers, Influitive makes it relatively easy for anyone to start an advocacy program for their business. If you're looking to get to a customer conference someday or build towards a referral stream the best time to evaluate Influitive is the present.
Pros:
- Rich platform for both engagement and reporting
- Detailed onboarding and guidance
- Feedback for multiple teams from willing customers
- Simple pathways towards greater engagement
- Measurable ROI (after ramp period)

"Influitive Advocate Hub is advocate marketings most important tool"
Comments: Our company decided a year ago to focus portion of our team on having our customers tell our story and speak in the industry for us instead of just traditional marketing we had been doing. Our return on customer advocate marketing has been dramatic. I do not think you need to change and throw out your traditional marketing methods but our advocates give us the testimonials and other assets we leverage. No one wants to be sold anymore we want to hear reviews and learn from others who are in our shoes and thats what influitive helps you focus on!
Pros: Simple for clients to pick up and use. It is also extremely versatile so it supports my advocate needs for all departments.
Cons: It takes a serious commitment from the company to adopt the software and for it to be successful. I suggest bringing in someone extremely excitable and a go getter to lead the introduction of the Hub to the company. Show each department how it benefits them and your entire company will benefit from one simple solution.

Comments: Influitive has a definite purpose in the marketing arsenal if you are interested in providing your customers with a way to stay informed with what your organization is doing and rewarding them for their efforts along the way.
Pros:
Easy to use and super responsive and helpful support team and coaches
UI is rather easy to use and straight forward
User VIP hub is a great place to borrow ideas and to get inspired for campaigns of your own
Great for targeting social customers and is very easy to use from a customer perspective
Great options for integration with existing marketing platforms like SFDC and Marketo
Cons:
Can be a challenging platform to leverage engagement from all industries (like tech and/or security)
Requires a significant amount of time to run effectively, which can be a challenge if Influitive is only a portion of your business objectives.

"Great tool to connect with Customers"
Comments: We worked with our client and evaluated several platforms and chose Influitive. We used Influitive to create a customer advocacy program for a hardware and software company that sells B2B. Our top need was to support the field organization with references and secondarily to "rise above the clutter" of other vendors.
Pros: Our customers love the program we set up. We had a core group of loyal and supportive customers, but the program has enabled us to nearly triple the pool of supporters. The nature of the challenges enables customers to do as much or as little as they want, but the engagement is much higher than I expected. The integration with Salesforce is great (though I would recommend cleaning up Salesforce as much as possible before you launch), reporting is robust and easily customizable.
Cons: The Discussions area has a lot of potentials, but it functions more as a "bolted-on" product versus a nicely integrated feature.

"Neat product to drive customer advocacy"
Pros: I inherited this product and had no background in customer advocacy, so can't compare it to other similar products. The tool is quite intuitive once you get trained. The professional services team that trained me on the product and my CSM have been invaluable for imparting not just product knowledge, but also industry best practices and being a fantastic sounding board for all my ideas for my advocacy program. The Support team is similarly extremely responsive and helpful.
Cons: As with all software, the more you use, the more you find better ways for it to work. The tool works great overall but there's, of course, always room for improvement. The product team is so great with listening to suggestions for improvements and adding them to the roadmap. Though it does take a while sometimes for those new features to come about.

"Influitive is a valued partner"
Comments: From the beginning, we have had nothing but a positive experience with the Influitive product and the team. We've had a dedicated customer success manager with who we meet every month to plan our projects and key initiatives. The support team is responsive and helps
Pros: Our company spent time researching which company would provide the best platform for running our online customer community and Influitive was the top pick. Almost five years later, we are still pleased with the decision. The Influitive platform is a safe, closed environment for our educator community to engage and collaborate. The evolution of the platform product roadmap continues to improve our administrative functionality in addition to the ease of use for our members. The channel functionality allows us to put similar activities into the same category. Members can pick and choose their areas of interest without having to sift through all the activities. The reporting functionality gives us the data we need to report out successes and evaluate areas that need improvement.
Cons: Many of the issues I liked least about the software have been improved on the Influitive product roadmap including the ability to clone challenges with targeting, the ability to delete members, and the reporting functionalities. The thing I like least about the software is the campaign library can't always be edited easily to meet the tone and needs of our community. We generally create 95% of our own campaigns and don't rely on the campaign library.
