Comments: It is a simple way to rent out and manage properties thorugh App without any manual work and efforts which is extremely good.

Pros:

1. Good source for highlighting properties for rent and lease by giving ads which is an easy process as well with support. 2. Helps to save a ton of time and money to show customers properties and take bookings. 3. Everything is online, rental pay or necessities services, the discussion so good option to opt.

Cons:

1. There are many similar options available in the market now, so nothing new I can find.

Great for maintenance

Comments: I have been using Resman for about six years now as part of the maintenance team. It is easy to use and pull up from a number of different devices.

Pros:

Easy to use and keep track of work orders. It makes it simple to track notes and update status of work orders.

Comments: It got the job done, but there were not enough features or reports that I would expect a commercial type operator to use it.

Pros:

It was relatively easy to navigate and did not take too much time to learn how to use it.

Cons:

The reporting features were not very robust. There were standard reports I would expect a property management software to have that it did not.

The use of Resman Platform

Comments: When I open the platform it sends me direct to the concurrent issues and the previous issues where information about its status can be seen. So all information are there to view.

Pros:

Accurate, updated and can close issues without hassle

Cons:

None so far with my usage with it. Everyday after punching in, I would open up Resman to update me regarding any issues that was lodged after hours, otherwise for other issues that has got to be resolved will remain with Resman until it is address.

Good product

Comments: Good experiance! Great customer service.

Pros:

Easy to follow and use. I'd recomend this product to all businesses.

Cons:

Time out feature. I wish it was for a longer time because I have multiple sites and it logs me out everytime.

ResMan is an Easy to Use and User Friendly Experience

Comments: My overall experience has been positive. I would say that ResMan is in my top 3 property management softwares.

Pros:

It has a user friendly platform that is simple to navigate. And I think especially with having to train folks to use it all the time that is an important aspect of any property management software.

Cons:

Probably just document management in general. I think there is room for improvement there, but it is still good.

Great site!

Comments: I have used Resman throughout this entire career and it helps a lot with communication and getting info integrated through other software sites.

Pros:

I like how organized everything is and how easy it is to get connected to residents on the property.

Cons:

I can't complain about anything, this is a great software site for apartment complexes.

My experience with ResMan over the past 10 years

Comments: As a very user of ResMan, I have always appreciated the forward looking, customer focused approach that ResMan has had over the years. ResMan has been very responsive to the needs of the client and very proactive to improve the ResMan experience.

Pros:

Ease of use and the ability to train and explain the protocols to new associates

Cons:

I really don't have any dislikes other that some of the bigger lenders / owners don't understand the power and useability of ResMan

Comments: Overall for my first time using it is very easy to navigate through.

Pros:

The ease of navigation of resman I also like that the help button is there for quick answers.

Cons:

The only thing is that is does not work effectively with all products tax credit and affordable and market rate.

Pros:

Love the thorough reporting Payment processing is easier than ever Support is always very responsive with appropriate timing

Cons:

The onboarding process was undesirable.. we had to basically manually onboard ourselves after the transfer, with most of our questions going unanswered. Our rep, [sensitive content hidden], couldn't really answer anything and would just point us to the knowledge center every time, even though we had exhausted that option already. She would then just put in a support ticket, which was nothing we couldn't do ourselves. Maybe just a more hands on rep for onboarding clients would be helpful!! Other than that, I love the software and am happy with the reports, and accounting abilities.

Monterey at Beach - Review

Comments: I am in LOVE with ResMan. I would be devastated to move to another software. Even with the simple glitches its still a 10/10 for our property.

Pros:

I love how easy you can access everything you might use all in 1 place. It's easy for every level that you come in on and it's so versatile whether I am using it under COA or LLC

Cons:

There are only a few glitches with ResMan, but the good far outweighs the bad. 1) Applications process, some time it glitches in the last couple of steps and we end up having to move to a paper app. 2) I would love if there is a way to remove charges out of the original delinquency list of just delinquent rent.

Pros and Cons

Comments: I like the integration of Bluemoon and Apptex, but it is difficult to get assistance with Apptex. I also feel there could be better training with integrated partners. Ex. how to have bluemoon create a lease through Resman or how to see nsf notices through Resman.

Pros:

I love the text feature esp. bulk texts. It make it very simple for me to get a message out to my residents quickly.

Cons:

I feel like the notes for delinquency and prepaids are in a strange spot and could be better placed in the system.

Comments: I have worked with various softwares and I appreciate how easy it is to understand and learn Resman

Pros:

It is user friendly.

Cons:

One of the main things that can be frustrating is, I found that when residents are transferred from one unit to another, when the resident attempts to pay rent for their new apartment, due to them using the same email for both apartments it doesnt allow them to pay rent at their new unit because their email address is attached to their old unit. I feel that once the move out rec is done it should void the resident form their previous unit that they transferred from.

Not expensive, but also not very user friendly

Comments: The simplest thing that normally I could figure out on my own always turned into an hour long call. 1/2 the time I am given the wrong answer when I call and am required to call back because they are wrong about how certain things work.

Pros:

I like the prospect system, work orders, communication tracking, things like that.

Cons:

The ledger & accounting system is the worst I have used. You really need to check the other rent management programs and see how easy they make it compared to this system. The simplest thing that normally I could figure out on my own always turned into an hour long call. 1/2 the time I am given the wrong answer when I call and am required to call back because they are wrong about how certain things work.

Easy to access.I learned this program and my VP's and Regional Managers call me to ask how to do something in Resman, I took detailed notes when trained.

Cons:

I have not issues with Resman at all, I think it's easy to use.

ResMan took us into the current era, we were stuck in the 80's.

Comments: Most excellent experience with ResMan thus far and we are only in our 4th month at this point, though it feels like we have been family forever.

Pros:

The difference from what we were to what we now are is night and day. Things are so much brighter now that we have the tools we need to be successful and organized and work fluidly as a team!

Cons:

The learning curve is a bit difficult for affordable housing clients like myself, though it may be because we were hiding under a rock and all new to affordable without any on site experienced folks. Overall it would be most excellent to have a few more affordable experts available when we call support but 9/10 times we can wrap up any issues we have within a few days. :)
