Love the integrations for the private pay patients -- the whole billing, invoicing, and payment posting is seamless. I greatly appreciate the quick response from customer support whether via phone or email. My requests have always been answered which allows me to fix any scheduling errors, billing/invoicing or even EVV issues in a timely and efficient manner.
