Simply idiot proof and ready to deploy without too much hassle
Comments: We are very pleased with simplicity of it. We rarely spend time training as most users simply "get it". Its simple and fast out-of-the-box solution . We now have 4 accounts running this software
Pros:
I can create an event in 10 minutes , have the webpage out and create collateral. I can update anything all the way to the delegate app onsite in a few simple steps. We moved a few hundred members into the cloud which was relatively simple, and memebrs love the ease with the member app and the profile. Payment option are localized based on country I can assign navigation languages etc. I can assign a client to administer a section of the membership or a specific event.
Cons:
Multi currency management is not very friendly. During setup. I cannot correct some historical items Some limitations with regards to registration setup for multiple events segments such as dinners post tours that needs to be overcome

GlueUp is a great all in one membership manager
Comments: Our GlueUP experiences has plenty of positives including the ability to bring everything under one roof and allow our memberships team to clearly see all contacts and members without constant export and import/sync with other software.
Pros:
GlueUp is a all in one membership software, which enables us to do events, sell membership, Email campaigns and CRM.
Cons:
Some email marketing functionality is still a little clunky as compared with other purely email marketing software.

Not useful for an association with over 500 members
Pros:
The profile page is similar to Facebook which some members like.
Cons:
Too many cons to list, but you don't have access to your website reports. It is not user-friendly when it comes to navigating through the backend of your website (Your Membership was so much easier). Members constantly have problems with navigating through the system...don't know how to respond to posts, can't figure out how to opt-out of notifications.

User friendly platform
Comments: I'm absolutely amazed by all the features it offers!
Pros:
The program is incredibly easy to use. I grasped it quickly without the need for extensive training sessions. It provides numerous features and options that can be tailored to suit the needs of any organization.
Cons:
Even though it provides templates for transferring members, this activity is always time-consuming.
Review of Glue Up for one of our membership association clients
Pros:
The community feature has transformed how members interact and share knowledge with one another and has added huge value to the membership. The renewal system and reoccurring payments have increased our membership retention levels as it allow members to manage the renewal process with ease. The finance function is great. The campaign function is excellent. On going support from Glue Up is great - we love the access to training sessions and the contact us are for queries. Our Customer Success Manager is very responsive which has been extremely helpful. Overall, we are very happy with the product for an affordable off the shelf membership management system.
Cons:
The initial set up process was not seamless as members had to activate their Glue Up account in order to access the system. This generated a lot of queries which went on for a substantial length of time. Our client's needs were not understood entirely at the initial set up stage.

Glue Up is the backbone for the non-profit organization we run in Houston.
Comments: We run a non-profit organization that requires member management, online services, and in-person event logistics. Glue Up is our one-stop-shop to solve for all of these matters.
Pros:
Their engaged involvement allows us to remain focused on serving our Members. The platform is easy to operate, and their team is always accommodating for any issues or changes we need to solve. I would easily recommend Glue Up to any of my peers.
Cons:
I have not found any issues with the software that was not quickly fixed or solved by the Glue Up team.
Great for Chambers and Business Councils
Comments: So far it has been great when it comes to information management, event management and membership management. When it comes to the campaigns, we have experienced issues with the lag, but otherwise, it has been a major positive change for our Chamber.
Pros:
The integration of Membership and ease of managing RSVPs for events (including the creation of badges) has saved us a lot of time.
Cons:
the number of times we have gotten "Error 404" and how often the page freezes.

Cons:
Initially, it can be overwhelming to navigate through all the functionalities and options available. However, this complexity is a double-edged sword; while it requires time and effort to master, the services it provides are brilliant. The investment in learning will pay off as you become proficient in automating small tasks, ultimately saving time and reducing manual effort in the long run.
One of the best CRM solutions available for a Not-for-profit company.
Comments: It has been great so far, the customer support is knowledge and promptly replies. This has been my personal experience during our offline events.

I am still working through the distinctions between "member," "membership," and "contacts." Since we had already acquired GlueUp in 2021 and someone else set up the content at that time, I now need to review each entry individually. This process is time-consuming, especially when it comes to removing individuals who should not be on the platform. So, yes, this is a significant downside.

Glue Up personal experience review
Pros:
Great intuitive user interface, have a wide range of features and with comprehensive analytics. Which is a beneficial for our organization.
Cons:
It only have limited customization options and lack of integration with third-party applications.
Best all in one User friendly management tool
Comments: We had no idea how many people were actually reading our mails. These facts and figures were produced by Glue Up to clarify the literacy quotient.

It's easy to use. The features are user-friendly and supports online payments. Glue-Up is a game-changer

Nothing I particularly dislike about this app, but sometimes there some issues arise. otherwise glue app solve its problem quickly.
Glueup definitely made CRM and event management easier
Comments: Glueup definitely made CRM and event management easier for us and it is nice to have everything consolidated in one system. Having it online grants us access to the system everywhere, especially during this time of uncertainty and WFHs.
Pros:
Event page has many templates to use, each with a different focus, so we can set up a new event page within 15 minutes. New payment menthod, Adapay, also allows us to check online payments instantly and making refunds is much more convenient comparing to it was in the past. The new feature "waiting list" is also great as it can clearly differentiate itself from the approval list.
Cons:
While having many pre-sets templates made everything faster and easier, the backend set ups could provide more flexibility (small things like, we can only set up the event date and time, but we can't change the title of that section, which is always "SAVE THE DATE"). It would be nice to make many small feature editable, both for events page and email campaign designs. While having Adapay is a huge improvement, making partial refunds can cause issues. For example, two tickets were paid by one payment, then only one ticket was refunded, but the "total revenue" in event dashboard still shows two tickets.
Easy Chamber of Commerce management
Pros:
I like different features: 1. Members & Membership Management (renewal process is easy and time saving) 2. Events managment: easy, simple, intuitive, time saving, customizable. 3. Finance: autogenerate invoices and can be integrate with Quickbooks 4. Database and email campaign - easy to manage and time saving
Cons:
I like most features and generally is very user-friendly. The APP is good to have but seems slower than accessing from the desktop. Overall there is nothing I really don't like or that is creating me a problem in managing the Chamber.

My Glue Up experience
Comments: Overall, the experience was pleasant and exciting in spite of a few bumps which can still be improved. My guests generally had a good time and they are looking forward to another round. Out of 21 guests I invited, only 16 made it because the others found it tricky to install the app before the start of the event. I realized not everyone is tech-savvy but this is also an opportunity for the app to be developed further for easy use.
Pros:
It's a great platform to connect, network, interact and build relationships with other pros from various industry within a short span of time. It's also fun and exciting because you'll never know you you'll meet next. I highly recommend this to business leaders, consultants, freelancers and others looking for an easy-to-use platform that can deliver positive results.
Cons:
1. Sometimes the matching and waiting period takes time: even if it gets refreshed, for some reason, it hangs 2. The notification icon that time is running out is too small 3. Some users on a smartphone and tablets cannot experience the app; this can be a challenge since people are on the go and most users will use their phones 4. The design inter phase looks a bit dated 5. You cannot see everyone upon arrival; there is no mood-setter function 6. After pressing the green or go button, you still have to press your HD cam "allow" before it connects with the next person waiting on line
Has a lot of potential once improvements are made.
Comments: In terms of event management, we find it easier to track, manage, and promote all our events. We no longer have to use separate programs to create events and send out campaigns or invites to our members and subscribers. Payments are now easier to track and count. As we are still generally new in using the software, I believe that an in-depth orientation and training is needed. Customer service can also be improved. There is room for improvement in terms of customization and report generation for clients. We have been approached by other companies offering customizable report generation services that is fitted to our organizations needs.
Pros:

Cons:
- We cannot use HTML to personalize campaigns unless we create a new template. - The organization's logo is very small when it shown on the event page. - No way to customize logo placement. - The campaigns get cut-off in Gmail when it reaches a certain length. - Navigating, categorizing, and customizing the membership listing to fit our needs is hard to do. - Event Calendar Campaign layout is not customizable - Limited Email and Contact allowances.
User-friendly platform with powerful CRM tools and great customer support
Comments: Since using Glue Up, we have become more productive as the system is very smart with lots of integrations and automations in place. Ability to collect online payments is definitely a big bonus for us.

Simple and user friendly CRM System
Comments: I appreciate the customer support [SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN], who always in timely manner response on any given time of the day and week. He always follow up and is extremely helpful. Wish [SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN] was the one, who had been the first project manager, so it wasnt so delayed. But [SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN] is super competent and understand his customers.
Pros:
The software is very user friendly and not complicated and perfect for event and membership management.
Cons:
Some features and the structure not so flexible. Still feel room for improvement to enhance the features. And many extra features is a different pricing contract.
