"Best ATS for recruiting firms!"

Comments: I couldn't be more happy with the transition to Crelate from our previous product. Their team truly understands the problems we are trying to solve and is extremely responsive. Their feature set continues to increase rapidly and is always very relevant.

Pros: Several items:
- ease of configuration and customization
- profile parsing from LinkedIn
- job board management / website integration
- email sync and candidate communication management
- analytics
- speed and relevance of new feature release
- extensive help resources, training videos, etc.

Cons: - exporting data is not straightforward and requires additional vendor developer cost

"No regrets"

Comments: I purchased Crelate Talent as soon as I opened my new recruiting business and I haven't looked back. It's been an overall great experience and the product continues to evolve with great new features and benefits that we actually use. I highly recommend it for any other growing search firm.

Pros: The software is very intuitive, which means it's easy to train recruiters on and it's easy for them to incorporate into their workflows.

Cons: The reporting and analytics features take a bit of playing with to get used to and to set them up the way you want.

"Excellence in both functionality and service"

Comments: The software gets a solid A - very easy, simple, robust, scalable.
Customer service an A+ - [SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN] was enthusiastic, knowledgeable, great listener, patient, never tried to "sell" rather constantly looked for ways to be "the solution" helping me/us navigate through an unknown software. Can't say enough good things about his service.

Pros: Extremely "user-friendly", whether that is in the daily usage or customization everything is thought out extremely well. This is software designed FOR end users NOT for technologists, which is very refreshing.

Cons: Can't think of anything at this point, they are aggressively updating and improving listening to their client base.

"Crelate is User Friendly and Comprehensive!"

Pros: To start, we switched over from another system and the pros at Crelate were spot on in transferring our data in its entirety from our old product! It automatically gave us a great feeling to find what we needed that we had almost a fluid transfer from our old ATS to this one.
It is intuitively easy to use. For any professional who has worked with database software, or ATS systems already, the designers of Crelate have made it easy to understand and use from the moment you log in. "How do I do this?" is not as large a concern while navigating and adding data, creating and solving tasks and tracking and scheduling candidates, searches and clients!
Additionally, it looks great! Some systems bring too much information to the head of a pin leaving you to wonder about how to find and retrieve information rapidly. Not so with Crelate! The screen you see the moment you log in allows you to breeze in and get what you need.
It customizes on the fly! You are allowed to create new jobs, tags, categories, skills in this ever-changing world.
Its ease of functionality makes it a perfect partner for other systems and software you use! I can send messages that appear in my sent box. Schedule appointments that end up in my outlook calendar. Create jobs that end up on the boards that I am already contracted to work with!
The "help" feature of the system has answered my questions with great clarity that we needed almost no training to get started.

Cons: Candidates update their resumes all the time and move jobs more rapidly than they used to. When they send me a new resume, I wish I could parse all the new data into an existing record automatically and not have to do it manually. That is not available. When asked, I would have to create a new record and then merge the two together. That isn't as fluid I wish it could be.

"Amazing product for recruiting agencies and executive search firms"

Comments: A+ We're big fans! I highly recommend Crelate.

Pros: Crelate is top notch. It is BY FAR the best recruiting platform for agencies that I've used or tested. The product is highly customizable to your needs and has a ton of features. Better yet, the Crelate team is constantly hard at work building & releasing new features that improve usability and functionality. It's also priced very fairly and their customer service is attentive, responsive and helpful.

Cons: I really don't have many complaints about Crelate. It works well and is virtually bug free. If there is one con it's that the platform is not tailored to executive search processes. However, we stretched it for this purpose and never found ourselves wanting.

"Good, not great"

Comments: We are solving the problem of communication between offices. It allows everyone to know where each job is at in the process of hiring.

Pros: I like how easy it is to navigate and use the software. Putting each candidate into each job that they're potentially interviewing for makes it easy to communicate with people that might be in a different office.

Cons: My least favorite part is not knowing about all of the features available. We went through the initial demo with a salesperson but haven't really kept up with all of it.

"Crelate is a useful and affordable tool for Talent Management in Recruitment"

Comments: Overall, the product is a proven and useful tool for helping our organization manage the talent process. It allows for excellent communication across the entire network and keeps us very organized when everyone is using it to its full extent.

Pros: The software is generally easy to use with little training. It allows for a logical process flow in managing recruiting activities that is customizable and easily adjusted when needed. It's integration with LinkedIn and Outlook is also a plus, making for a seamless experience to manage candidate and client activities.

Cons: The ability to change things is quite limited unless you spend quite a bit more money, so flexibility on the platform can be problematic, or you have to sacrifice one feature for another at times. Also, there are some minor frustrations on how to manage tags and certain fields which can be frustrating.

"The best for us"

Comments: I demoed 12 different systems and Crelate was by far my top choice. It takes a little bit work to learn all the capabilities of this system but once you do, its a game changer!

Pros: The platform customization is amazing. We use Crelate as our CRM and ATS. It allows us to keep track of everything including our placements.

Cons: There are no cons since anything we have wanted to add the development team has designed or added for us.

"Misdirected applications"

Pros: The software is relatively easy to use in many ways and with good features.

Cons: The major flaw is in tracking those that are being recruited to apply for positions. If those individuals apply, the software attaches their materials to their file, but it doesn't put that file into the inbox to signal that the individual has applied. Our team has to spend lots of time going back into the files of the hundreds that we recruit to verify if they've applied, and then we need to move them to other stages, rather than their applications simply going into the inbox. The application gets attached to the file, but there are no notifications to alert us that they have actually applied. Either a design flaw or training issue, and we need assistance on sorting this out.

"TOTAL SATISFACTION"

Comments: I'm a one-guy shop who needed to be highly organized with all my clients and candidates. I needed to find people quickly and easily. I needed to reach out to as many people as possible with the least amount of effort, and without being a "tech geek." Crelate made ALL that so simple. 5-Stars is what I give the Crelate team.

Pros: Hard to say because I loved the support and personal touch so very much. However, the ease of use is certainly a consideration for "like most." Then again, the simplicity/intuitiveness/looks should be a strong contender. But wait, what about the low cost? I'm definitely conflicted on this question.

Cons: I honestly don't have a least. I'll have to get back to you.

"Good for staffing companies"

Comments: Overall it's been a good experience using Crelate. They've rolled out a lot of new features, which I haven't really used, so it hasn't changed much for over over the last 2 years.

Pros: Crelate is a good, user-friendly ATS that helps keep me organized with my applicant workflow and jobs. Nice that it's web-based and I can use it both in the office and working from home.

Cons: Job board integration is still not great if you have existing licenses. The old mobile app wasn't great either, but they are rolling out a new one, so we'll see how that one is.

"Crelate has changed my daily business!"

Comments: Crelate has provided much needed simplicity and functionality for my recruiting workflow. My assistant is working 10+ hours per week LESS doing data entry and similar tasks with Crelate than with our previous ATS, which gives me 10+ hours of her time for more productive tasks. I love the flexibility and ease of use for the workflow stages, and I appreciate that all the information I need is on one screen - no waiting for other views to open. If I could give customer support a higher rating than 5 start...I definitely would do so!

Pros: Intuitive workflow, data entry/updates are easy in the profile screen, very limited clicks needed to get to all the info you need, easily customizable to my existing workflow.
Customer service is fantastic!! Very responsive to customer suggestions.
Simple database that gives me what I need without all the burden of an unnecessarily complicated system like Bullhorn.
IPad app is fantastic for when I'm on the go!

Cons: Scheduling function is not as robust or flexible as I'd like (however, the fantastic tech guys are working on updates to this with the next update release, so this con could become obsolete soon!)
This is not a massive system with tons of bells and whistles...it is a simple, intuitive ATS that provides all the functionality I need...but if you want ways to overly complicate things, this may not be the system for you.

"Easy to use!"

Comments: Been great, all in all.

Pros: For me it's quite simple. Is it easy to use! YES!
Also, it has all the features and functionality I need.

Cons: maneuvering from searches can be a challenge. I'm sure there is a way but I'd like to have multiple searches going at once instead of always restarting

"Best ATS for Recruiters"

Comments: I much prefer this over any other ATS I have used, most recently I used Bullhorn and an internal tracking system, and this is far superior. It has easy use, you can look up candidates with ease, keep up with job orders, and overall keep myself organized. Crelate has helped me be more successful in my most recently role due to this.

Pros: The ease of use - it is very intuitive but still has the support videos and trainings which allow you to get the most out of the software

Cons: I do not feel there is anything missing from Crelate's software - for metrics, candidate tracking, business development, it truly is a great tool

"We love Crelate!"

Comments: Our team is so much more productive as all hiring activity is now tracked in one place. We also love being able to text our candidates right from their candidate record and being able to Sponsor job postings within the Jobs Portal. Our productivity has increased substantially.

Pros: It meets our needs and allows us to work within one system for all of our client hiring needs. It has really maximized our productivity and efficiency and reduced time to hire. It is also very user friendly (once trained). LOVE being able to text directly from the candidate record. That is a huge time saver and tracks all communication right within the candidate record.

Cons: There really needs to be a complete User Guide provided to new clients/users versus "go watch a video" or find the link to a particular item that provides the instructions for one process. Clients should be provided with all of that information in one document they can then quickly review and go back to as they are learning the system. It is a very user friendly system but it is time consuming and sometimes frustrating trying to learn the system the way you have it set up.

"My Crelate Experience"

Pros: Crelate has been a great way to organize our recruiting process. It is easy to see which step each candidate is in. Our recruiting process has several steps and before Crelate it was very hard to keep up with candidates. Now I can quickly see how many people I have interviewing or phone screening for each position with a quick glance.

Cons: It feels like Crelate was created for recruiting agencies rather than recruiting departments. We do not operate like an agency so I have had to create work-arounds for a small portion of what we do.

"Crelate review"

Pros: -It's easy to use and move candidates from one status to another
-Can send bulk Emails

Cons: -The document types are only resume or none, we should be able to add custom title for the documents
-The uploading system is not that good

"Crelate - 3 month review"

Comments: Overall it is great and always evolving.

Pros: The ease of use, work flow, and reports.

Cons: Crelate doesn't seem to perform a Boolean search within someone's resume. We transferred from an ATS and it seems if tags aren't apart of the profile originally, it cannot pull data using a Boolean.
I wish Crelate had a "pin" feature in regard to candidates. That way I can toggle back and forth between the candidates continually instead of typing their name in the search bar. This is VERY time consuming.

"So easy to use and always advancing!"

Comments: Overall great! This has been my favorite ATS to use; it's colorful and nice to look at.

Pros: Easy to use and intuitive. Always being updated with new things. Friendly and helpful support staff.

Cons: Sometimes need to refresh page for changes to take effect (moving candidates from New to Pass, etc). Duplicate candidates aren't always picked up and condensed.

"Best ATS I've had as a business owner"

Comments: I implemented it summer of 2016, it works like a champ and does not require a terribly fast internet connection; we were full-time RVing at the time and it works well on the road. The support is awesome, a little late getting to you but always has a good answer. Responsive to requests for new features.

Pros: The interface with Linked In, templates and reports are easy to use.

Cons: Anyone who comes into the database creates a company if it's on their resume, this creates tons of duplicates. I like a nice tidy data base and could drive myself crazy with this.

"Very user friendly and Love the visuals"

Comments: It helps organize my day and helps me focus on new tasks rather than having to remember old tasks

Pros: The customer service and support is by far better than any other ATS I have used. As for the platform itself-
I really like watching my candidates go through the funnel. Its great for goal focused recruiters. I also like how easy it is to parse and forward resumes

Cons: I don't have much negative to say about it. I have used 3 other ATS's and Crelate is the only one I continue to recommend

"Perfect For The Recruiting Consultant"

Comments: Great- I can keep track of my candidates easily. Love the dashboard for manager calls!

Pros: Crelate does what I need- it keeps a database of my candidates, allows me to move them with ease from job to job, keeps my notes etc. It's reasonably priced, private and user friendly.

Cons: When I save someone, I need to go into their record to disposition them. I'd like to be able to save them as "Reach Out 1" vs having to save as new from the resume/website, go into Crelate and put them in a stage.

"Crelate Talent"

Comments: Amazing experience.

Pros: Personally I like the focus point of all information into 1 APS. It makes searching for clients and candidates very simple and tracks all contact/ progress with every opportunity!

Cons: Sometimes it crashes as I am typing notes and it does not autosave which can be very frustrating. Put an Autosave feature on the notes/pitch columns so people don't lose work!

"Excellent Product"

Pros: Ease of use. Great functionality. Inexpensive vs the rest of the market software. Built around my company needs.

Cons: Too often locked out due to system upgrades and updates. Nothing to complain about other than that.

"Recruiters Database Friendly"

Comments: I switched over my database services to Crelate almost a year ago. The conversion from my old provider to them was seamless ! As with any new software, it takes some patience to learn it and their training /support staff are excellent. I especially like their visual graphic screens that shows ALL MY search assignments as well as broken down individually with each candidate in the various stages of the recruiting processes displayed....VERY COOL This database is easy to navigate and is user friendly. Lots of features for all types of demands including posting multiple ads easily thru their system. Other features include customized tracking of metrics with graphs, charts, and spreadsheets. Also, easy to import and populate candidates profiles from LinkedIn! This was the only CRM /ATS that I researched, compared, and found to give me the most efficient database at such a COST EFFECTIVE PRICE ! My only con is with the candidates labeling/info for the " users defined fields" that aren't changeable now, which should be customized and changeable ... hopefully this will be implemented soon. I do trust their staff is dedicated in refining their product and services to keep up with the market demands and technology advancements. Overall, I highly recommend them.
