Quick and easy to learn and train staff. PandaDoc support team is responsive, even if they don't have all the answers.
Unfortunately I find the program a bit confusing, it took me a bit longer to understand everything.

Alternatives Considered:
Best online platform for certified documents
Comments: I've liked using Pandadoc. It's really easy to use and easy for others as well. The templates and the user experience is what stands out for me
Pros:
The default templates were really helpful to get started with certain documents The UI UX is really good Sharing with others is easy as well
Cons:
I feel they could offer better pricing They are also not utilizing AI much where they could have made a good impact because most documents can be generated with few inputs.

Comments: Overall, I loved it. It really separated my company from the others at the time. The speed in which you can produce a very professional proposal was great!
Pros:
At the time it was pretty much cutting edge software. CRMS have now made it pretty much obsolete.
Cons:
I loved it! It is just more or less obsolete now with all the CRMS having pretty much the same quoting capabilities built in. The less subscriptions and platforms you have to use the better.
PandaDoc has taken our professional branding to the next level.
Comments: Overall, PandaDoc has been great for us. It allows use to showcase professional contracts/agreements, as well as help with branding many areas of our business.
Pros:
PandaDoc is easy to use and great to accomplish several different roles as a software.
Cons:
PandaDoc only offers quarterly or yearly payments/contracts.
Confusing, not enough sends for free trial
Pros:
I liked that it was free to try, and include the ability to send the customer to a page after they signed up.
Cons:
I worked for 3 hours to get my contract in, figure out how to use everything, etc. Then I was out of free contract sends (because I was a new user testing everything to make sure it would work went I need to close). I contacted, support but they weren't not able to reset my trial even through I was communicating with them for an hour as I figured out how to use the platform. So it was a waste of my time. I switched to digisigner, and was able to do what I needed and have upgraded to digisigner pro since.
Alternatives Considered:
Removing contract and quoting human errors
Comments: Pandadoc has revolutionised our quoting and contract process and has eliminated human errors or miscalculations when summing up totals for a contract and its been a great help. Not just for our sales team but also our customer success team too.
Pros:
It has hugely improved the way we share quotes and contracts with prospects and customers. Creating a fixed, but customisable quote builder that allows for accurate costings, clearly defined and looks professional.
Cons:
It can be fairly complex to setup depending on how you sell your product. We have ended up with 100s of templates and content blocks in multiple currencies and at times can be a little overwhelming.
Streamlined document workflow
Comments: I especially like the smooth flow of the entire document process, from drafting to signing
Pros:
The templates and automations greatly speed everything up. CRM and other integrations are also very useful
Cons:
The editing interface could definitely be more flexible, and sometimes loading big documents can take way longer than expected
PandaDoc is quick and easy! A must use.
Comments: Overall, PandaDoc has been extremely easy to use. Signings are typically received through email, where there is a button to complete the signing through PandaDoc. Each field is clearly highlighted, and the user is prompted if there are every any missing fields. Extremely straight forward system.
Pros:
How you can read through the document, while seeing the areas that need to be completed, and how quick and easy it is to use.
Cons:
I cannot think of any cons for PandaDoc.

Comments: I enjoy Panda Docs, it has helped me create professional documents for my clients.

Creating Documents that are neat and organized.

I had to self-teach myself on how to create documents.

Easy enrollment system and intuitive to understand.
Cons:
Nothing least, I was just unfamiliar only using docusign before this.
PandaDoc is a visually appealing and powerful tool enabling sales teams
Comments: PandaDoc was a fantastic addition to our tech stack after a pretty poor experience with Docusign. It is a must have tool for dynamic sales teams that want to make their contracts far more powerful and visually appealing to customers.
Pros:
PandaDoc enables you to create visually appealing beautiful contracts that make a huge difference when it comes to signing. Previously, we used Docusign and the contracts were incredibly boring and now compelling. With Panda, we have beautiful images that enhance the experience and increase the close rate. The integration with Hubspot is fantastic and the workflow automation is powerful. The ability to create templates has saved countless hours and can easily be adapted without needing prior training.
Cons:
The challenge with PandaDocs is the limitations not having a native integration with Hubspot. Ideally, you want to have a contract tool built by the CRM but in this case, it relies on an API which does have certain limitations.

Easy, Breezy, PandaDocs!
Comments: Overall, PanadaDoc has been successful in helping streamline our processes and contracts for remodeling projects.
Pros:
Pandadoc has wonderful integrations with GMAIL, Salesforce and Quickbooks. Their ability to work with al three platforms greatly improves our sales process.
Cons:
The backward-compatibility with Salesforce is very tricky to set up. Importing and exporting CRMs to link documents has proved to be a struggle in the beginning.
Pandadoc digital signature
Comments: Was very good and professional. Quality product and services.
Pros:
Easy to use and implement. The sales team worked very well with us.
Cons:
Pricing was not what we expected. We chose a more cost effective option

Fantastic solution for digitizing your signed documents
Comments: We've been using Pandadoc for about two years, and it's been a fantastic tool for managing our e-sign docs on the cloud. We usually get about a few dozen docs signed every month and it was priced a lot better for that scale. It's also pretty easy to set up and maintain, and rarely causes issues where we have to intervene manually. All in all, I strongly recommend Pandadoc, especially if you're still on paper docs.
Pros:
I like how easy it is to get it up and running. We used the document scanning a lot in the beginning to move our standard agreements to the system, and that saved us tons of time from having to draw everything up from scratch. But the template library is also a great addition to save time when you have to create a doc on the system.
Cons:
I'd love to have the personalization tokens improved, like having the ability to automatically enter names and titles etc., based on the information of each contact.

PandaDoc an easier way to create and manage documents.
Comments: There is only one word to describe our experience with PandaDoc and that is exceptional. It has made it so easy for us to create and take charge of our documents all from a single platform. Its ease of use makes it really quick for us to create any kind of document that we are in need of.
Pros:
The user interface is very clean and I have liked how PandaDoc makes it easy to create and edit any kind of document. PandaDoc offers premium features like e-signature that ease our work of signing documents. It has a document tracking function that allow us to monitor how and where each and every document we have is being used. It has a secure and fast file sharing tool that help us to share documents safely without loosing any of their data.
Cons:
PandaDoc could not have been any better than it already is. No part of it that is disliked.
Pandadoc is a flexible signing tool
Comments: We used it as a way to present our proposals. It was synced with HubSpot and for 95% of the time it worked very well.
Pros:
It is a very flexible product, not unlike Word, it is very easy to adjust and you can add people for signatures. It is quite easy to learn too.
Cons:
Legal documents with their various clauses and punctuation are not easy to bring into Pandadoc as the formatting gets lost during the cutover if you are bring Word docs into Pandadoc. I had to change them to PDFs before bringing in, otherwise I would lose the punctuation.
Great for Business
Comments: Overall, we really enjoy using PandaDocs. Their support team is fantastic. They've helped us come up with solutions and workarounds for my teams specific issues.
Pros:
PandaDoc simplifies the process of creating documents quickly and efficiently. In just a few minutes, my sales reps can build a pricing table, draft a business case, add testimonials, and include signature blocks. Once the document is ready, it's essential for our workflow to include the PandaDoc approval process, ensuring that sales reps get managers approval before each quote is sent out.
Cons:
We no longer use the templates. Instead, we customize each contract for our clients directly in Google Docs. As a result, the template feature isn't useful for us. Once a document is in PandaDoc, it can't be edited, and if we spot errors like incorrect dates or names, we have to delete the document and start from scratch.
PandaDoc - documents powerhouse
Comments: PandaDoc helped us go paperless with all our documents, makes managing all the documents and signatures easy to track, send and receive. PandaDoc is saving us a lot of time with printing and scanning documents.
Pros:
To be straightforward PandaDoc is easy to use due to its nice and intuitive design and makes all my document easy to manage. I really like it the options to integrate with a lot of payments gateway and CRM. Another thing I want to mention is the responsives and very helpful support team.
Cons:
It was not that simple to learn to use it.

1- not so fun to copy a page from another offer... you have to open the previous one, copy as a template, open the new one, import the page... Can we not open two documents at the same time to allow copies ? 2-the tables are not so easy to modify: some troubles using the format "EURxxx" or sometimes it is "€xxx" 3-import an image must go through a file, not allowed directly using a screenshot

Functional Authentication and very Secure Platform.
Comments: Helpful and easy file sharing and the access control and also the report production using the system is easy and great SSL Security options.
Pros:
Data easy management through its secure environment is amazing and effective document management Package. Creating valuable and real time data analytics and easy collaboration through the product is impressive.
Cons:
No dislike for the documentation solution and on the first implementation it was very easy operation.
PandaDoc helped our team closed sales faster
Comments: So far so good, customer support is also attentive to customer's needs.
Pros:
I like that we can make revision to PandaDoc easily, and have multiple signatories in one document, which is critical to our organization.
Cons:
Nothing really, but if there one thing we would like to improve is it's integration to CRM apps.

Best tool to e Sign contacts and documents
Comments:
Great tool to sign contracts and documents , email client and track the current status.
Also has remainder email feature to get updates when someone signs the document.
Pros:
Best tool for e-signing document , Feature to upload a document , create respective signing fields and sent directly via email to client.
Cons:
Starter plans doesn't have CRM Integrations.

Comments: Pandadoc is one of my favorite services that I've used, very reliable.
Pros:
What I liked most about Pandadoc was how easy it was to use the system, and how I was able to track when candidates viewed forms.
Cons:
What I liked least about Pandadoc was how difficult it was to learn some of the more complex features.

My PandaDoc Review
Comments: My overall experience with PandaDoc has been exceptional. I really like the ease of it being emailed to me and being able to sign automatically without having to print.
Pros:
I like the ease of opening the file and being able to view it and electronically sign it. I had no issues with signing or it being received on my mobile device.
Cons:
The only thing was the print/wording of the document that I opened and no way to make the font bigger.
