It is the best on the market for the price

4.0 4 years ago

Comments: I own and operate a gymnastics training facility, [SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN] , and iClassPro has made my businesses workflow much easier.

Pros:

iClassPro was probably the first software for the Gymnastics Industry that really elevated the user experience. It is the best product on the market for the price.

Cons:

The issues are not iClassPro's fault as much their lack of innovation. What they do, they do well. It would be nice if they integrated with 3rd party software so I could sync BambooHR to iClassPro etc.

iClassPro Review

4.0 8 months ago

Comments: Overall, we are extremely happy with iCP. There are several things we wish they would implement and we will continue to ask.

Pros:

The ease of enrollment and processing is great! Parents are able to enroll, pay, request to unenroll, etc all without staff. The online portal is great for ProShop as well.

Cons:

NO AUTOMATED BILLING! Having to manually bill is a time consuming task that should have been automated long ago. The parties function is great, however if you want to book a party that isn't set in the system for that time it is difficult and frustrating. Their roadmap is great, however, some things they say are coming have been coming for years. Be honest about your progress with things. If you want to do them, great! Just don't say that it's coming with minimal updates

Credit card processing fees

3.0 8 months ago

Comments: I would say a i class is good minus credit card processing your force to use

Pros:

Great software for gymnastics great financial system to track progress

Cons:

I don’t like how they pigeon hole you into using their credit card processing it’s overpriced when there’s many other processors out there that are cheaper and I hear they’re raising the rights again

The best gymnastics gym management software out there

5.0 8 months ago

Pros:

We have been with iClass for over 15 years and it just keeps getting better and better. We recently integrated our website and got our branded app up and running with them and they have already paid for themselves! We run our entire operations with 2 locations and over 1500 families using iClass pro and we would be lost without it! We also love their support line - everyone is so helpful and they have long hours so someone is always available for you.

Cons:

We love almost all of the features - we wish they had a better birthday party waiver system but hopefully that will be coming soon!

iClass is Crucial to Class Management

5.0 9 months ago

Pros:

I appreciated iClassPro's user-friendly interface and intuitive features. It made it easy for us to manage our class schedules, registrations, and payments all in one place. The ability to automate certain administrative tasks, such as sending reminders and generating reports, was particularly helpful in streamlining our operations. Additionally, the customer support team was responsive and knowledgeable, providing assistance whenever we encountered any issues or had questions about the software.

Cons:

While iClassPro offered a comprehensive set of features, the only thing I would say is that the system can run slow on some occasions. Other than that, it is has been great. Looking forward to seeing more customization options, membership plan incorporation, and more utilization options for their new automation feature.

Overall Program Review

4.0 9 months ago

Comments: In the beginning, no bad experiences. Started out nice and easy to use with user guide to refer to. Then, multiple changes came, where everything changed and I tossed the user guide out as the changes came every day and were very hard to follow.

Pros:

Your staff is always pleasant and the basic iClassPro program is good.

Cons:

There is constant change is how things are done, making it hard to teach to staff. In asking for something I feel is important, it takes a long time for it to change, if it changes at all, ie: formatting phone numbers and names. Sometimes the updates you do actually make things more difficult, with multiple changes that are the same as what we have, but just like extra ways to do things. The support system is basically good, your techs are always very sweet but there have been 2 things, you were not able to fix and so I'm just stuck with glitches, ets.

iclass is simply the best for all Fitness and Gymnastics Management

5.0 9 months ago

Comments: I have had a great experience with iclass. All customer service encounters have been helpful, guides and resources are great and overall programming is straightforward and constantly updating with great features!

Pros:

iclassPro is designed simply and efficiently. This makes it easy for everyone to use. From Instructors, front end and management it helps streamline multiple processes in a few easy steps.

Cons:

The invoicing system. I would love to be able to customize individual invoices and send them directly through iclass. Being able to add an invoice number or add specific services and change pricing amounts would be so helpful to our services. I would also love to see a training on basics of iclass and how to use all functions from a basics training level for new staff to get an overview.

Great Features, Great Program

5.0 9 months ago

Comments: Overall, it has been great. iCP has worked out well for our business and the customer service team helps us when we need help.

Pros:

- Excellent customer service (phone, email, chat). - Activities that come multiple days/times each week have the ability to have correct times. - The portal can be branded in detail at no additional cost. Mobile app has no additional cost. - Autopilot feature to automate workflows/manual tasks we were already doing (or possibly weren't because we didn't have time) - Option to do enrollment REQUESTS or AUTO-APPROVE online - Online activity hub so you get notifications in one spot whenever someone does something through the portal. - Verified for proper functioning on mac, windows, etc. - Use of email variables for auto-generated names, balances, gym info, class info, etc. when sending mass emails (which can also be scheduled to be sent later). - No limit to the amount of accounts in the system --- it will be the same price. - Background task frame to view sent emails/reports/tasks you've done and status updates on who has opened/clicked/not opened/etc. emails. - Audit Logs to see history of emails sent on specific accounts and customer/staff history. - Group enroll/transfer feature. - Ability to limit online enrollment not just on age/gender but also on prerequisites. - Search feature on the ledger. - Attendance area tracks the percentage they have attended/missed along with the actual days. - Internal messaging system to message specific staff members the next time they log in so you don't have to bother them at home. - Ability to post mass credits. - Has normal make-up feature but also an additional optional make-up token feature that the business can use how they see fit (we sometimes use it for when we want to credit a class within a timeframe/program as a courtesy/above our normal policy). - Timeclock is easy to use.

Cons:

(These are features that would be helpful if they were added, but it doesn't really affect how much I like it at this point. Everything it currently can do is done well). - No staff certification area to upload certifications/track onboarding (unless you use custom fields w/o uploading images) - Multiple policy capability to add certain policies to certain programs (ex: teams have more forms to fill out but the general class student does not need to complete this) - More customization for online account registration so that you can mark more fields that are required, change wording, etc. - No spot TV integration or their own camera system (any longer) - Announcements area for staff - Task area for staff so directors can add things to complete - Show a drop list option for each class in date order always on the class page so that you don't have to go to the individual date to see if someone dropped recently (or run a report) - Cannot schedule future epayments - No lesson plan area

There is more than one option out there

4.0 8 months ago

Comments: Better in some way than what we were using before. We've gotten so big that we really had to have software geared more specifically to gymnastics, otherwise we would've stayed with what we had.

Pros:

Better than what we were using before and when I looked into Jack Rabbit, I was even less impressed.

Cons:

Credit card processing fees, monthly fees, unable to use outside software to interface with processing payments, costs increasing, leasing the software instead of buying it

Pros:

Simplifies Everything

5.0 4 years ago

Pros:

iClass combines so many features for such a great value. We use it everyday and it has made admin & management of all our classes so much easier.

Cons:

Some menus can be a bit hard to find - with some aspects of customisation of the parent portal best done by a developer - but for most this isn’t an essential issue.

Extrememly user friendly for the customer

5.0 8 months ago

Comments: Overall we have been very pleased with iClassPro and look forward to further updates and features it has to offer.

Pros:

iClassPro is very user friendly on the customer side. Potential clients can easily see what classes/times are available, and can add themselves to waiting lists for full classes with ease. This makes our admin task much more streamlined and easier to manage. The ProShop is also a great way to maximise sales of merchandise.

Cons:

From the admin end it can be quite complicated to set up various features - often you have to have multiple boxes ticked in roder to have a feature work - and those boxes might be in completely different sections of the set up. It isn't always the most intuitive or logical set up

Could do without!

5.0 6 months ago

Comments: Love it. Best decision we’ve made for our business management. We e been using it for 8+ years now and could do without it!

Pros:

Ease of setup and management! Customers can register themselves. Easy to process payments and alter classes if needed.

Cons:

After customers register, the payment process can be confusing. Sometimes they think they have already paid just by saving a card in their account.

good product

5.0 7 months ago

Comments: Pretty good. Substitute instructor feature is nice. Interfacing with QB will be nice. Been hoping for that or an open API for over a decade.

Pros:

Enrollment tracking. Parent portal - looks like an app, not like a web application from the 1990s like jack rabbit.

Cons:

The calendar doesn't display well. Classes occurring at the same time don't show up side by side.

Great Company and Great Software

5.0 9 months ago

Pros:

I enjoy using iClassPro for it's ease of use and functionality. But what stands out the most for me compared to others is their customer support. They are always able and available to assist over the phone and I rarely have to wait on hold to speak to someone.

Cons:

There are some things I have suggested and have submitted online to be voted upon. Mainly customization that is specific to our organization but I understand that they can't tailor things specific to one account

Office Administrator

Comments: time when away from the computer that there is a feature that allows it to run automatically.
- Wish you had the option to blind copy on emails.
-wish the most outstanding charge that hasn't been paid to be first on the full ledger rather than way deep like it shows on the payment screen.
-Want there to be a colored payment alert to show on the full ledger screen if there are notes created about the account. So that we don't have to click back and forth to check if there are notes or payment arrangements made. We often miss those because they are not accessable to the ledger page.
I'm sure there are many more features that could be tweaked but this is what I have right off the top of my head. Please contact me for more or details if you would like.

Pros:

I like that it is easy to use for the most part. It is easy to keep track of payments, delete, add charges, pull reports. I like that the system is quick and runs with few problems (as a rule) I like the new Trial and Wait list feature as well.

Cons:

- I do not like that you have to change the setting to see all charges when you get to the full ledger page. Wish it would automatically show all no just 20. -Wish there were alert boxes at the middle top of the full ledger screen to access notes or alerts. -Wish you could access the family icon from the classes page where it shows the students enrolled in the class. -The mouse left click will not give you the paste option when copying and pasting from other places to iclass. You have to use control V. -When you have a child enrolled in two different programs-- for example After school care and Gymnastics. There is no way to pull a report that shows where the money for each and every payment is applied to differentiate payments applied to after school care vs gymnastics for fsa reports to parents for tax purposes. At this time if we have dual enrollments we have to call you and ask for a report to be sent over to us. not - We really need the option to have more than one credit card on file as an option. We have many families that are in a divorce / multi family situation that need more than one credit card payment o - Wish that there was a search box for key words for past emails sent -Wish that there was a search box on the full ledger page for key words to look up a charge made many many months ago instead of scrolling all the way through scanning trying to find a certain charge. - Wish that I had the option to set a date for all cards on file to run at the same

iClass Pro is easy on the eyes.

4.0 5 years ago

Comments: I like being able to see who still owes money and how much is owed total. Emailing statements is quick and easy. I've had people not pay and then eventually quit without ever paying. But overall, I feel like this software has helped me stay on top of things. I feel I have lost less money with this software.

Pros:

This software is really easy to use. I like how easily I can switch from students to classes and back again. Adding students and creating classes is a breeze! It is easy on the eyes, I am not straining to find things. Everything has an image to make it easy to find...a star for skill tracking, check mark for attendance, etc. I feel like the other programs out there have words everywhere. I like the images.

Cons:

I really like the Skilling Tracking, but I do get frustrated using it. I like that I can choose between 1-5 stars. I wish I could change the color of the stars...or choose a check mark and a star (or other images, like a smiley face.) When I look at a class and their skill tracking, visually to the eye it is hard to see where they are. There are a bunch of yellow stars with numbers in them. I recently changed to two stars just to make it easier on myself. If there were different images or colors, it would be easier to see when looking at their charts who is ready to move up! Creating class is easy, but private lessons is a pain. I usually list them under camps and have to tell people they are private lessons. If someone is going to do a private lesson every Monday 3:30 - 4:00 for 8 weeks, then they can't make one...going back and changing it is a disaster. I can remove them from the camp for that one day, that is easy. But changing the price isn't as easy. This program isn't really set up for private lessons. (Or maybe Im just doing it all wrong)

We L O V E iClass!

5.0 6 years ago

Comments: I have worked with many software companies before this and have LOVED what you guys offer. The Knowledgebase is something I frequent as I am constantly learning new things about iClass I didn't know about - which makes our lives easier here at the gym. I LOVE that I can put in suggestions as I come up with them, and every time I have had to reach out to support, I've gotten great feedback and they have helped resolved my issues. Customer service is a BIG deal to me, and this is why we continue to use iClass!

Pros:

LOVE the user interface - we've explored the "other" options out there, but continue to absolutely adore the interface that iClass offers. I have also starting using the party booking software - which has saved me a lot of time and energy! The ability to have parents book their own parties online has increased our business as well! Customer service has always been a deal breaker for me personally. I will always continue to use a company/ business if they offer amazing customer service, and I have always been impressed with iClass' customer support.

Cons:

There are some pretty big things we would love to see happen the next couple of updates, and I probably submit a new idea a couple times a month. One of the biggest things is the waiver.. We LOVE that parents can do it online, but having a kiosk interface that parents can quickly update while they are here at the gym, and having the ability to QUICKLY look up (during busy Open Gym & Birthday parties) whether or not it is current/ valid would be HUGE. Another big thing we are dying for: being able to send out the fun certificates that say the child has passed the class, but being able to type in/ select the class that they should move into next!!

Easy and Efficient

5.0 5 years ago

Comments: We have had great success with iClassPro. Our experience has been very positive.

Pros:

There are so many positives about this software. One of the features we enjoy most is the parent portal. Allowing parents to register on line for classes and events has saved us time and increased revenue. Additionally, the parents are able to see their child's skills in the skill tracking and stay on top of their account. Basically, the customer can look at their account and always know what is going on with their payments and their child's progress. We also love the attendance features, the financial features, emailing and texting features, and the ability to generate many types of reports.

Cons:

The pros definitely outweigh the cons. I wish a Quickbooks type feature was integrated so you could put your expenses in and generate complete financial reports in one place (P&L, forecasting, etc.) .
