Comments: We bought it few years ago. This software is doing it's job, but it's extremely slow and some of features simply doesn't work at all. We run it on dedicated server - 8 cores, 32 gb ram, ssd disk. At beginning It was running smooth with 250k of subscribers, but now we have 4M and it's really painfull to create campaigning

Cons: unoptimized

not everything works as it should
some features doesn't work at all

you get what's you pay for

Comments: This piece of software has potential. It has lots of useful functionalities like sending split test campaigns, quite nice reports, bounce management, ability to control sending speed. It also came with an API, so you can integrate it with any of your software. But unfortunately this software is completely unoptimized, it's gets extremely slow, when your database grow.

Comments: Paid for 1 year maintenance but no support will be provided. Sandeep say he is busy with other software developments and has no time for you

Cons: Very buggy and no support to resolve them.

Comments: This is the worst sompany I have ever worked with. Their software pretty easy to install but it does not work on most of the web server and they ask to buy cPanel license. Plus they offer the most unprofessional support which will make you waiting the answer for 2-3 days. that sucks. Really bad situation they have. I spent more then a week with their software and then decided to go with Newsletter PluS that have much better prices and support.
