> **Pros**: Es ist sehr übersichtlich gestaltet und macht wirklich Freude in der Anwendung.&#10;Der Einstieg ins Programm ist, nach der ersten Schulung, die gratis dabei ist, einfach und sehr übersichtlich. Mit der Zeit kommt man immer weiter rein und entdeckt neue Tools und Möglichkeiten.

> **Cons**: Bei Fragen ist die persönliche Erreichbarkeit etwas schwierig, am besten, man schreibt eine Mail. Allerdings kommt die Antwort dann auch wirklich innerhalb eines Tages. Manche Bereiche sind etwas umständlich, zB die Terminplanung. Es wäre schön, wenn Terminanfragen der Kunden im Kalender automatisch bestätigt würden und nicht händisch von Seiten der Praxis. So geschieht es öfters, dass Kunden morgens panisch anrufen und wegen einer Terminanfrage anfragen, die am Vorabend um 22 Uhr gestellt und noch nicht beantwortet wurde.

> Ich bin sehr zufrieden und würde das Programm wieder kaufen. Besonders gut hat mir gefallen, dass nach einiger Zeit nochmals aktiv auf mich zugegangen wurde und ich meine Fragen in einer weiteren Schulung beantwortet bekam.
