Phenomenal Integration Solution

Wether an app nor easy.

Pros:

They market it as an easy standardized solution to connect Navision and Shopify. But it's a software development project without any structured process or standards. After months still no results besides some screen recordings which suggest it would work. No deadlines were met

Cons:

It's not an app to setup quickly and try it for free. It needs a complet customisation. There are no standards, not even in project management. The onboarding is pretty chaotic, we even came up with some documents to make it a bit more structured. After several missed milestones for many weeks, we still don't see and real working sync between Navision and Shopify. I don't know if it really works or if it's a scam but i definitely cannot recommend it and I'm sure a simple connection via FTP would have been much more efficient.

Comments: We were looking for a integration solution for on prem ERP with Salesforce, our integration requirement was not standard of the shelf solution. Appseconnect team clearly understood our requirement and delivered great solution within budget and time. All the way we have experienced great service from the team.

Pros:

1. Easily build integrations 2. Readily available integrations of major ERP, CRMA and Ecommerce platforms 3. Proactive support 4. Platform supports on prem as well as cloud applications

Cons:

1.If you are using other than the of the shelf integrations, need to spend time with APPSECONNECT team to clearly define the mappings and triggers.

Shopify > Nav 2016 Order Sync

Pros:

The communication and professional delivery and development of our Shopify and Nav integration by Debangan at Appse. He never fails to deliver and is always prompt and answering queries and requests. Debangan delivered our 3rd integration project within just 4 hours once the scope had be defined.

Cons:

Price structure can be confusing. And had a few back-and-forths regarding onboarding fees. But we solved the issues promptly.

Pros:

The things more like about this service is the customer service that the team give us, they're always ready to help us. Another thing what we like is the implementation of automate a LOT of process we were doing manually.

Cons:

The only thing we saw as bad was that our server blocked the connection a lot time of the team for the migration and other steps.

Cons:

Great Tool to Integrate

Pros:

AppsEConnect helped us create a custom integration between SAP Business One HANA and Hubspot. We had several custom and complex requirements for the integration and AppsEConnect was able to satisfy all of them.

Cons:

Due to the timezone difference, it can take some time to get a response back which increased our implementation time.

Reliable and easy to use synchronisation between Magento and SAP B1

Comments: With developers that were very familiar with the systems we were syncing between, it was very easy to discuss scope issues with the team. Insync the company behind APPSeCONNECT seems to be run very well with responsible teams and team leaders. We would always be able to get a response within a few hours and we were always notified ahead of time of any unavailability of the team that were working on our project.

Pros:

After coming from a B1if custom solution that was hard to maintain and optimise, APPSeCONNECT looks to be a very reliable alternative. After spending time getting the touch points we needed right, the functionality is reliable and data syncs quickly between our Magento and SAP B1 systems. The choice of manual and auto sync with the ability to control the interval between syncs is a nice feature that is built right into the GUI.

Cons:

We would have liked to have been able to customize the Sync Panel a bit more. In the age of widescreen monitors, resizeable windows and forms would have made APPSeCONNECT that much more amazing. With the detailed information provided by the touchpoints, it would make sense to be able to make the user interface bigger so you can see all the information easier.

iPaaS Shopify B2B e-Commerce <> SAP Business One Integration

Comments: Our experience and ongoing partnership with APPSeCONNECT have been overall positive. We especially like the way they have been able to adapt to our needs, the quick response when facing issues, and the weekly meetings that has been very productive and informative.

Pros:

The implementation process have been a challenge, as was expected, but APPSeCONNECT have provided all the help we could ever ask for. The customer support from our main contact have been outstanding, even with our different time zones taken into consideration. If you are reading this and have your own plans for integration with APPSeCONNECT, make sure your company review, and define your needs in great detail- this will help greatly to ease the integration process!I use the iPaaS client daily to review and administer our process flows, it is a very helpful tool albeit a bit confusing at times. All the necessary features are avaliable but they can be hard to find on first glance.

Cons:

The portal interface and usability could defintely use an update. A clear display of processflow update intervals would be great. A Performance matrix. Scrolling through snapshots trying to pinpoint API issues is not necessarily hard, the web interface is just too small!The initial SOW phase could be better defined with the help of APPSeCONNECT. We had to add functionality in the middle of the project due to restrictions which could have been included initially with input using their knowledge and expertise from prior projects.

Shopify SapB1 Integration

My name is Jorge Leipen from Proveedora PGP an ecommerce in Mexico specializing in car and truck tires, We started doing ecommerce 8 years ago in Magento 1, after 4 years we migrated to Magento 2, but the connector to our ERP, in this case, SAPB1 was giving us a lot of trouble, to the extent of even crashing the site. With this new integration we can map every brick and mortar store we have as a Shopify location.After 5 years we have decided to replatform to Shopify and we needed a new connector to our SAPB1. After a lot of research we decided to partner with Appseconnect. The implementation took more than we expected, but now that we have the connection between Shopify and SAPB1 it was well worth it.The interface and functionality compared to our previous connector is a big improvement. The service and attention that we got through the implementation was top notch. We want to give special thanks to [sensitive content hidden] and his team for his patience and excellent communication during the implementation process. We are looking forward to expand our connections to marketplaces in the future.

Integration from APPSeCONNECT from eBay & Amazon to SAP B1

Comments: Great application.Helped Swann Communications to increase sales in eBay & Amazon with effectiveness. We are currently top rated sellers on eBay because of APPSeCONNECT fantastic efforts throughout . Our late shipment rate is 1 order out of almost 2500 orders . That is unbelievable! We are projected to be Top rated as well in 2017 because of APPSeCONNECT. Also for amazon marketplace, our late shipment rate for January is only 1% while our valid on time tracking rate is almost 97% ! Due to these scores, we were able to exceed our sales budget because customers receive good customer service from us and receive their orders in perfect condition and on time , they have left us amazing feedback that has prompted others to buy. Thank you InSync for all the support and continued effort to make eBay and Amazon Marketplace such strong and growing accounts.

Wonderful customer support

Comments: The experience with using APPSeCONNECT is a pleasant one. We are now able to run checks and manually intervene whenever it is needed. The support team is always available to jump on a call when needed, at any time of day.

Pros:

The reporting is a welcome feature. I like the fact that if there is any error on an order, you can see exactly what is causing it when checking the snapshots for the sync. The whole interface is user friendly and really easy to navigate. The support team are always explaining what they are doing and providing quick solutions.

Cons:

The only feature that I am missing is the report which actually lists the orders with errors on them. We do receive a report on a daily basis, but it no longer lists the orders that are erroring.

Professional Support with Human Touch

Pros:

Every product has something to say apart from fulfiling the need. APPSeConnect is a product of teamwork, dedication, continuous improvement and excellent painless 24X7 support. We have SAP B1 taking to Magento, their seamless integration is not less than a happy married life.

Cons:

In the early phase of implementation we had many glitches due to various reason which includes getting inSync with each other, customization required to meet our specific business need and little bit of resistance from both end. Web Item Master is something which needs a major overhaul.

Flawless E-Commerce & Business Central integration with AppseConnect

Pros:

It helps us to integrate between D365 Business Central on cloud version with Shopify & Woo Commerce. Integration flow with all set of customization like Sales Order Cancellation, Complex stock logic and BOM functionalities with automated flow between the ERP System and Ecommerce platform was implemented. AppsEConnect team quite helpful to get the most complex implementation done within the given timeline. Synchronized data visibility and log details are properly visible in daily manner.

Cons:

Initially our thought was that AppsEConnect is plug and play tool but later on with the help of AppsEConnect team we came to realize that it is highly customizable and configurable product.

NAVISION to EBAY Review

Comments: We are using APPSeConnect in a very limited fashion, as a way to tie our Navision 2013 system to ebay api. This allows ebay orders/customers to sync into our NAV system, and inventory/pricing/tracking/shipping information to sync back to ebay, leaving us more time to focus on non-data entry tasks.

Pros:

Accomplishes the Goals Required. EBAY > NAV : Customer Sync EBAY > NAV : Order Sync NAV > EBAY : Inventory NAV > EBAY : Pricing NAV > EBAY : Item Information NAV > EBAY : Tracking No. NAV > EBAY : Shipping Confirmation

Cons:

Setup took a longer than anticipated time, possibly due to our unique position in the newly formed ebay.motors, which was an entirely new API structure than normal ebay.com. Some functionality seems limited, we've had to create many custom fields directly on the Item Card, instead of allowing APPSeConnect to read dynamically from related tables.

Comments: Thanks to APPSeCONNECT we connected a Woocommerce with a Navision when we thought it could be impossible. It's being a blessing for our client to have this two elements connected.

Pros:

We thought the integration was going to be a real nightmare, but when we found APPSeCONNECT and saw the potential the software had, we didn't hesitate and it was the right decission. The simplicity of it all made it worth it.

Cons:

We'd like the logs to be more traceable or at least to have a longer logs to look at and check for issues. It would be easier to track issues for us.

Good solution for a complex problem

Comments: We had to create a very complex connection between our MMS and WooCommerce. This took time and there was often confusion on both sides because requirements were formulated unclearly or tasks were marked as finished even though they were not yet finally running. So it was not an easy process, but in the end we are now very happy with the finished product.

Pros:

AppseConnect handles the connection between our MMS and the website. After the test phase, the process runs completely automatically, without any need to take care of it. The team is very friendly and took care of our 1000 small and big customisations.

Cons:

Personally, I am not yet a fan of the new online portal, as it is not very user-friendly compared to its predecessor. After the GoLive, however, it is only rarely necessary to use it, so that will no longer be a problem in the future.

Integration made simple yet effective

Comments: My experience has been excellent. The staff members have been very flexible and professional and I must commend the implementation consultant Aritra Biswas for excellent customer service.

Pros:

APPSeCONNECT is very easy to use and rich in functions. Being able to see logs for each touchpoint and customize sync intervals is very handy for our own connector as well as our clients.

Cons:

Maybe I would rather address this as something that is nice to have, rather than something I don't like about the product. But it would be excellent to get a descriptive notification if a sync between system did not work, as apposed to having to manually check it every time.

Highly customizable Magento integration

Comments: We needed a realiable solution to integrate our SAP B1 with our existing Magento 2 store. Since we needed to implement some of our custom business model rules, we requested some changes to the base implementation, so it can fit those rules, this was not a problem with AppsEconnect. Previously, we had a bad experience with a solution made by freelance developers that were simply not available when the service was down. This is not a problem anymore with the great customer service from AppsEconnect, they are always available and open to fix any issues with the App or implement new requirements.

Pros:

Customizable to fit your own business model. Saves you tons of time automating processes. The customer service stands out from competitors, always available to help.

Cons:

The implementation and time to get everything going and functional, can be longer than expected, but the support team is very helpful with this.

Pros:

The customer service is good. Quick response to emails.

Cons:

Syncing process was correct then issues occurred. Issues are solved and then reoccurs. The syncing flow gets changed somehow.Shopify API Change - Urgent Need of Integration Update, to be done by the end of March and we were only informed about his on the10th of March, short notice.
