I can ask questions in plain English and it understands my intent, retrieves the most relevant information from across our knowledge sources, and delivers quick answers. This saves me so much time compared to digging through multiple apps and sites manually.

> **Cons**: One thing I didn't love about Dashworks was some limitations with its integrations to our proprietary homegrown systems. While it integrated well out-of-the-box with popular apps like Slack and Salesforce, getting it to sync with our internal custom database required extra IT work. I'd like to see more flexible integration options in the future.

> **Cons**: I think that Dashworks gives you a great starting point, but I have been needing to go through and double check the information to make sure it is accurate. We are still building out the platform and trying to organize our details a bit better.

> Dashworks has definitely been helpful. It saves time on emails and in searching for certain folders. It is able to fit into my personal workflow very well. That said, it feels like a new product still and I think some refinement would go a long way. They have been very receptive of our feedback though so I see a lot of progress all the time.

The tool is straightforward to use, and to be able to almost converse with it makes the experience very enjoyable. The customer relations team is also great\! They are very keen to listen to their customer's needs and experiences to make the product better\!
