When introducing this software to our office staff, we had a very little learning curve. Everyone was able to catch on to the software quickly due to the easy streamline system this software provides. Switching to a new software is always a process an office staff dreads, but I can assure that this software is not like others. Within a week of using this software, our office staff was running day to day operations as normal (I would say even better due to the features this software provides that we lacked on previous software).

> **Cons**: Not being able to mark a change order as "void" and being able to track approved Change Orders with Voided Change orders.  

We like to keep all change orders we generate on jobs for future reference or in the case of the General Contractor later wants to perform the work they once voided. We get asked for a lot of cost budgets from the GC for extra work so having a Void option on change orders would be AMAZING.

> Our office staff has enjoyed this system because it is so user friendly. We did not have time to endure a large learning curve when we made the switch to a new software. Also, the COST of the product has been a huge plus, and one of the reasons we implemented this software into our office. The features you get for the price is unbeatable\!
