> **Pros**: As a new employee with a company that uses Ben, I've been delighted by it. When we have team meals or other perks, instead of having to submit a separate expense, it's like we all have a company card. You can spend on it and ditch spending time expensing a receipt. It's also convenient for tracking roll over benefits and has an easy to use dashboard. Auto reminders about expiring benefits are clutch so you don't forget about use it or lose it money.

> **Cons**: Using the card numbers in a different country than the billing address has occasionally been tricky, especially when a zip code is required to complete purchase. That said, having the flexibility to purchase yourself and submit a request for reimbursement makes this a minor inconvenience.
