Great alternative for basic needs

Pros:

I was trying to integrate my lead sources with my CRM and was using another solution that was priced way to high for the volume leads. It was easy to set up and once I got it going I didn't look back.

Cons:

They don't connect to as many apps as I'd like, my one of my lead sources doesn't mesh with them, but they do with Zapier, to work around they both will connect to google sheets, one extra step, but worth the savings.

Great tool in my toolbox

Comments: I am successfully using it to automate repetitive data-oriented tasks and connecting disparate systems without the need for engineering.

Pros:

Albato is very flexible, easy to understand, and cost effective. I have used a number of no code automation tools over the years and am generally resistant to implenting them in production environments due to the cost of scaling. I decided to give Albato a try anyway, and am pleased so far with it's flexibility and customization. I have already integrated two APIs that are not out of the box connections with Albato. I am technical, but not an engineer. I honestly found it easier to do this with Albato than Zapier. Kudos to the team; keep up the good work. I look forwarding to finding more use cases for this tech.

Cons:

I haven't yet explored the training/academy resources, but it seems that some of the support documentation could be more robust.

Great value for money with some room for improvement

Comments: I recently had the opportunity to try out albato.com, and overall, I found it to be quite good but with some room for improvement. The platform offers a range of useful features and functionalities that can greatly benefit businesses. However, I would like to see more integrations available to further enhance its capabilities. While the existing integrations are helpful, expanding the options would allow for more seamless workflows and increased productivity. Additionally, I think albato.com could improve its ease-of-use.

One of the main issues I encountered was the limited range of products available on their website. It would have been great to see a wider variety of options to choose from.

Comments: I absolutely love using Albato because it makes all my tasks so much easier!

Pros:

I absolutely love using Albato! It puts all my tasks on autopilot, with comprehensive integrations that are user-friendly. The detailed guides make it easy for beginners to navigate as well. Now that we are in the age of AI, tasks and content creation have become significantly easier thanks to the automation provided by Albato.

Cons:

While there are still applications yet to be integrated, I am confident that the number will continue to grow in the future.

Great ways to automate your work for small to medium sized teams

Comments: Albato simplifies and automates business processes, saving time and effort, increasing productivity and reducing errors. There are many customized methods and pre-built features between application processes to help you work with application data to get the data you really need. Overall it's easy enough to use for non-programming professionals.

Pros:

It is extremely easy to use, even for non-technical people, thanks to its intuitive interface. Although not many applications are supported now, it is an affordable and very competitive Lifetime solution, which is already a great advantage and fits perfectly into the current feature set.

Cons:

Advanced features are limited, the library of supported apps is relatively small (but I said I could understand it), and some common apps lack integration. There are a lot of pre-built processes, but it's not really easy to find the right one for your use as it's time consuming to pick one out.

A new workflow automation tool for everyone

Comments: If you’ve ever wished your apps could talk to each other seamlessly, might just be the tool you’ve been waiting for, without the big price tag.

Amazing product, should have got this sooner

Comments: Albato has been amazing for me so far, I have set up an automation from my WooCommerce store. I have an option in form set up with klaviyo and have set up an automation from klaviyo to useinbox and it was pretty straight forward and easy to integrate and set up everything. I'm loving it so far and recommend it highly

The best platform for integrations and automations

Comments: Albato allows me to integrate different cloud services and tools and build custom automations that trigger based on events in one application and perform actions in another. For example, once a user submits a form on my website, I can add their name and email address to the subscriber list on another email marketing platform or CRM. Alternatively, I can create a trigger for whenever a new row is added in Google or Zoho Sheets, and it automatically sends a notification to my email or via WhatsApp/Telegram Messenger. It's an amazing tool that helps me to save my time and effort in setting up integrations, automating processes, and improving productivity.

Pros:

Albato is a great global no-code SaaS platform that uses webhooks and APIs to connect different applications. It is similar to Zapier and Make (Integromat) in terms of its multi-services integration purpose, but much more powerful and flexible in terms of its adoption to specific markets and services in different countries. It offers over 500 pre-created integrations within their triggers and actions catalog, but I can also set up my own custom integration or use a template library. I can even create more complex workflows with multiple actions and even integrate it with ChatGPT to automate content creation, customer support, or feedback/comments analysis and responses.

Cons:

The only thing currently missing is a native Albato integration plugin for WordPress, similar to SureTriggers and Bit Integrations. It would make Albato the best on the market! It doesn't need to be listed in the official WordPress catalog and can be released as a downloadable plugin. Currently, to integrate various WordPress forms and plugins, we have to add custom code to the functions.php file or via code snippets. This is not as simple as using a native plugin where you can simply select the form or plugin from the trigger list on the WordPress side and then select an action on the Albato cloud side without spending lots of time and effort on custom coding and fields/attributes matching. I am currently using the Bit Integrations plugin, which includes Albato as a target app, but would love to have a native Albato version to complement the solution from the same single vendor, similar to what SureTriggers offers. I understand that a WordPress plugin is listed as a feature request for consideration on Albato's extensive roadmap list, but I would appreciate it if they could prioritize it to surpass their competitors completely.

Amazing & Easy to Use App

Comments: Overall, I love Albato as much as I did before purchasing the account. I already have a good experience with it through the Climbo app, which partnered with Albato to automate the collection of online reviews. The app is clean, easy to use, and very useful for my daily tasks. I highly recommend it.

Pros:

Honestly, I like the way the Albato interface looks and its sequence. It's easier to use than my other automation tool. Plus, they have an academy where I can hone my skills in learning to use Albato properly.

Cons:

I think there is a misunderstanding regarding the description of operational tasks. I'm not sure how they deduct those known operations. From my perspective as an owner, we are using our automation for my clients, and sometimes, we notice that some clients have a lot of operational costs even though their customer volume is the same.

Albato and you wont be sorry

Comments: Everything has been very positive. Every time I have a question the Albato team has been extremely helpful. The customer support and the ability to make all the connections I need is a win win.

Pros:

Customer Support is friendly and helpful they have stuck with me until my questions were resolved. They also have all the same tools as the company that starts with a Z. Albato however is way more affordable. The connection list has everything I need and there is even the ability to create your own custom app connections and use them as you would any other connection. There is a lot here on offer, take it for a spin.

Cons:

Albato is growing which means it doesn't have everything. It would be nice if it had better testing and the ability to replay a failure. The connection list is growing which is good. However, an obvious miss for me is associated with the Activecampaign connection that doesn't allow you to tag a person on the create/update task. It seems obvious that option would be there but apparently not. Is it still worth it, yes. Does it have most of everything that the big players have, yes. Is it worth figuring out how to fill in the gaps until Albato comes around and fills them, yes.

Comments: Really strong product for those looking for a better option to zapier

Comments: Albato has among its integrations with Chatbase, a new tool to customize OpenAI ChatGPT chatbots, and is connecting it with a Telegram bot to use the aforementioned chatbot

Comments: This is truly a set it and forget it tool. Been using it daily and never failed an operation

Connector selection is smaller than Zapier or Make, but Albato listens to customers, adds more connectors quickly and is growing the connector library quickly.

As someone who likes to tinker with tech, what I love about Albato is the sheer flexibility and customization it offers. The ability to build your own app integrations with APIs and webhooks is incredibly powerful. I've been able to connect niche apps that would never be supported by other tools.The App Integrator and webhook support make Albato like a Swiss Army knife for automation - it can adapt to handle virtually any app or workflow I throw at it. The App Integrator was easy enough for me to use with my intermediate coding skills.With the Tier 2 AppSumo plan, the 45,000 monthly operations and unlimited automations remove any worries about hitting limits. I can set up as many complex multi-step workflows as needed to automate my business processes.

Cons:

As a relatively new platform, Albato is still building up their native integration library. While they have the core apps covered, I did need to build a few custom integrations. Their roadmap shows active development here.The usage analytics could be more robust. I'd love to see detailed stats on each automation like error rates. This would help optimize the most critical workflows.The documentation, while good, assumes some base technical knowledge. For non-technical users, more onboarding guides and video tutorials would help shorten the learning curve.Overall though, Albato delivers automation power and flexibility that outshines competitors at a fraction of the price. The few limitations are outweighed by the capabilities I gain.

An interesting alternative to the existing ones

Pros:

- They have many tools to process data between steps - The marketplace is a real success, it saves time creating some of the most common automations. - App integrator seems great to me for programmers like me who are creating our own SAAS and we want/can create the integrations ourselves to reduce their availability time on platforms like Albato in a quick and easy way - Embedded also seems like a success to me, however the cost part still causes me a little concern, the prices for a startup seem high and perhaps prohibitive, I think this part should have a more gradual scheme according to the business of a startup grows, finally if it becomes a fundamental piece for any SAAS and it is doing well, you will be willing to pay much more for what Albato offers. - The Whatsapp, Facebook, and Webhooks integrations I tried worked without problems. - The public Roadmap is great, especially in terms of being transparent and listening to the community.

Cons:

- Be able to limit who can access a webhook by IP and/or IP range - The selection of tools in automations should have a search engine, which searches in the name and description - In tools, some Spanish translations are strange, I think they should have another translation for what they do. - Missing descriptions about some fields they do and link to the documentation - The Spanish translation of Vista Clean should be something more like "Advanced Options" - I don't see much sense in the contract-extract button, it should always be in expanded mode for greater visibility - There should be, as in other systems, a "test and save" button to verify that the step being created or others are correctly configured before continuing to the next ones, especially in steps that require communication with external systems. - It should be possible to reorder the steps in an automation, because although it is true that usually the next one can depend on the data of the previous one, sometimes this is not the case and they are duplicate automations such as sending an email/whatsapp but you want to change the order of shipment - In general the interface should be smaller so that more can be seen on each screen because the vertical scroll becomes infinitely long and complicates the user experience. - It would be great with AI to be able to describe what you want and for automation to be generated, even in general, and then auth and/or parameterization would have to be done at each step.

Pros:

Albato has an intuitive UI which creates for an enjoyable UX. Their support team answers requests thoroughly and their documentation is well established. They are quick to respond for integration requests as well. There is a high level of visibility into automations, logs, and processes.

Cons:

The system does not have as many pre-built application integrations as competitors.
