About Albato
A cloud platform for no-code integrations and automations! Albato Embedded integrations are a strong value driver for SaaS products!
I also liked that it was easy to use, no coding was required, and I could connect my apps and automate workflows right away.
As someone with advanced automation needs, I found myself somewhat restricted by the available features.

Albato: A Promising Automation Tool with Advanced Features and Growing Potential
Comments: I was able to handle the basics immediately (without reading the documentation), so I find the platform quite intuitive and to the point. For a more advanced use case and to solve some errors, I had to contact the support through chat, where I got a reply within a few hours. It was quick and helpful. The agent made a follow-up being really proactive until totally solved. So, I had a great experience so far on that end too.
Pros:
Albato is a relatively new automation tool with promising features. The sophisticated automation features of Albato can significantly reduce the workload, which can free up time to focus on more important tasks. The tool offers advanced multi-steps and formatting options, making it in that regards an excellent alternative to Zapier. As usual, when it comes to new businesses emerging in that field, it's hard to be competitive from the get-go with the enormous catalog of integrations from the established giants, but it's already quite mature. And new integrations are being added frequently. (You can follow and vote on those through their roadmap). They also recently enabled a marketplace where you can find community-based automation and ideas to duplicate and customize on your own. Here are a few things to be aware of:1) The plans are based on operations, which can burn quite quickly if you are seeking to deal with API doing calls every 1 minute (it's better to use webhook when possible).2) They also have an "App Integrator" to add your own (missing) app, which is great, but may require to be a bit more technical to handle the process.
Cons:
The list of integrations/apps remains quite modest in comparison to Zapier and the like.It can feel a bit more challenging for non-technical people.
Alternatives Considered:
Albato is a best substitute for Zapier, Make and Pabbly
Comments: My experience with them outshines any competitor. Albato is a game-changer and you can use their services with complete confidence!
Pros:
Albato is a power-packed automation platform that effortlessly integrates hundreds of applications. It takes the hassle out of business processes, requiring no manual input or coding know-how from me. Albato makes setting up integrations a breeze and their support team is always ready to assist.
Cons:
Should you wish to develop your own API, albeit without previous experience, you may encounter certain challenges. Nevertheless, it is fortunate that this possibility exists and assistance from Albato is readily available to facilitate your endeavor.
Great value for money with some room for improvement
Comments: I recently had the opportunity to try out albato.com, and overall, I found it to be quite good but with some room for improvement. The platform offers a range of useful features and functionalities that can greatly benefit businesses. However, I would like to see more integrations available to further enhance its capabilities. While the existing integrations are helpful, expanding the options would allow for more seamless workflows and increased productivity. Additionally, I think albato.com could improve its ease-of-use.
Pros:
One of the standout features of Pros with Albato is its exceptional performance. Whether it was handling complex tasks or running resource-intensive applications, this product delivered seamless and lag-free performance every time.
Cons:
One of the main issues I encountered was the limited range of products available on their website. It would have been great to see a wider variety of options to choose from.
Empower Your Workflow Efficiency with Albato: A Budget-Friendly Zapier Alternative
Pros:
Navigating the realm of automation tools led me to discover Albato, a hidden gem in the world of workflow optimization. This cost-effective Zapier alternative has become my go-to solution for streamlining tasks with ease. Albato's intuitive interface and vast array of pre-built connectors simplify the automation process, even for beginners like me. While its app library may be smaller than Zapier's, Albato's affordability and user-friendly design more than make up for it. The real-time monitoring feature ensures smooth operations, supported by a dedicated customer service team and a vibrant user community. Say goodbye to complex workflows and hello to efficiency with Albato on your side.
Cons:
I did not notice any such cons, but definitely expecting more integrations.

The best platform for integrations and automations
Comments: Albato allows me to integrate different cloud services and tools and build custom automations that trigger based on events in one application and perform actions in another. For example, once a user submits a form on my website, I can add their name and email address to the subscriber list on another email marketing platform or CRM. Alternatively, I can create a trigger for whenever a new row is added in Google or Zoho Sheets, and it automatically sends a notification to my email or via WhatsApp/Telegram Messenger. It's an amazing tool that helps me to save my time and effort in setting up integrations, automating processes, and improving productivity.
Pros:
Albato is a great global no-code SaaS platform that uses webhooks and APIs to connect different applications. It is similar to Zapier and Make (Integromat) in terms of its multi-services integration purpose, but much more powerful and flexible in terms of its adoption to specific markets and services in different countries. It offers over 500 pre-created integrations within their triggers and actions catalog, but I can also set up my own custom integration or use a template library. I can even create more complex workflows with multiple actions and even integrate it with ChatGPT to automate content creation, customer support, or feedback/comments analysis and responses.
Cons:
The only thing currently missing is a native Albato integration plugin for WordPress, similar to SureTriggers and Bit Integrations. It would make Albato the best on the market! It doesn't need to be listed in the official WordPress catalog and can be released as a downloadable plugin. Currently, to integrate various WordPress forms and plugins, we have to add custom code to the functions.php file or via code snippets. This is not as simple as using a native plugin where you can simply select the form or plugin from the trigger list on the WordPress side and then select an action on the Albato cloud side without spending lots of time and effort on custom coding and fields/attributes matching. I am currently using the Bit Integrations plugin, which includes Albato as a target app, but would love to have a native Albato version to complement the solution from the same single vendor, similar to what SureTriggers offers. I understand that a WordPress plugin is listed as a feature request for consideration on Albato's extensive roadmap list, but I would appreciate it if they could prioritize it to surpass their competitors completely.

Streamlining Workflows Effortlessly with Albato
Comments:
My overall experience with Albato has been highly positive!
It's user-friendly, efficient, and has really streamlined our operations.
Setting up integrations, transferring data, and automating tasks has been very easy and fast. The support has been reliable, but we had no particular issue to be solved
Pros:
What I really loved about Albato was how easy it was to connect different apps. The interface was simple to use, the pre-built connectors were handy, and setting up automated workflows was a breeze.
Cons:
It might not support some integrations for ess common apps. If you have highly specific integration requirements, the customization options could be somewhat restricted.

Albato: Revolutionizing Workflow Automation with No-Code Ease
Pros:
What I appreciated most about Albato was its comprehensive no-code platform that simplified the integration of over 600 cloud applications, making it incredibly easy to automate complex workflows without any coding knowledge. The intuitive user interface and the App Integrator feature allowed for seamless and customized automation setups. Additionally, the GDPR compliance and white-label options provided the necessary flexibility and security for my business operations. The 24/7 customer support in multiple languages was also a standout feature, ensuring prompt assistance whenever needed.
Cons:
What I found limiting about Albato was the lack of support and documentation in French, which posed challenges for French-speaking users to fully utilize the platform without encountering language barriers.
Albato and you wont be sorry
Comments: Everything has been very positive. Every time I have a question the Albato team has been extremely helpful. The customer support and the ability to make all the connections I need is a win win.
Pros:
Customer Support is friendly and helpful they have stuck with me until my questions were resolved. They also have all the same tools as the company that starts with a Z. Albato however is way more affordable. The connection list has everything I need and there is even the ability to create your own custom app connections and use them as you would any other connection. There is a lot here on offer, take it for a spin.
Cons:
Albato is growing which means it doesn't have everything. It would be nice if it had better testing and the ability to replay a failure. The connection list is growing which is good. However, an obvious miss for me is associated with the Activecampaign connection that doesn't allow you to tag a person on the create/update task. It seems obvious that option would be there but apparently not. Is it still worth it, yes. Does it have most of everything that the big players have, yes. Is it worth figuring out how to fill in the gaps until Albato comes around and fills them, yes.
Get Connected and Automate with Albato!
Comments: I love it and am quite happy with the current app integrations, although not as comprehensive (yet) as its competitors.
Pros:
2. I recently discovered Albato as an alternative to Zapier and Pabbly, and I must say I'm impressed. The platform is user-friendly and I found it easy to set up automated workflows for my business. I appreciate that Albato is continuously expanding its app integrations, and I am excited to see how the platform evolves in the future. If you're looking for an affordable automation solution with great potential, Albato is definitely worth considering.
Cons:
While it may not have as many integrated apps as its competitors yet, the cost-effectiveness and the potential for growth that Albato shows are truly promising.
Alternatives Considered:
Intuitive Pabbly and Zapier alternative
Pros:
What I like most about Albato is its super clean UX/UI. I feel comfortable inside its enviroment, can find the stuff I need really quick. You can set up for first intregrations in less than 5 minutes.
Cons:
There are few "ready-to-go" templates available, so most of what you actually use need to be set up from the ground up
Alternatives Considered:
The best alternative to the now VERY expensive Zapier for efficient work process management
Comments: Our business used to collect data from a variety of sources, and was primarily using Zapier and other gerry-rigged solutions to get it all together and coherent. With Zapier's 100% increase in price, and their excessive limitations of how many tasks can be processed, we started looking for alternatives. We came across Albato via AppSumo awhile ago and saw the potential. We didn't jump right in though as we were still using Zapier to do many of our tasks. Once we got our feet wet with getting some of the processes moved over and working as we wanted them to, we've never looked back.Albato is now the only software we use to manage, manipulate, move and migrate our data from the varied sources we collect it from.
Pros:
The things I like the most about Albato are:a. Flexibility - we can build connections and processes the way we want with the flexibility to fit our businessb. Automation - this is kind of a no brainer, but the less we have to do manually the better and it also ensures a consistent and efficient data management planc. Breadth of options - while Zapier may tout the fact they have 5000+ apps available, Albato probably has the same just by using open APIs and the ability to build your own automations
Cons:
While I really enjoy the software, the main thing that is a slight barrier is the learning curve - it's not as intuitive as other software, but this comes from the power it offers. Out of the box, you'll need to learn the terms and having a basic understanding of how APIs work and connect is helpful. They have recently upgraded all the tutorials, so this is becoming less of an issue
Albato: The Automation Swiss Army Knife for My Business
Comments: Albato solves two key problems for my business - eliminating repetitive manual work and unifying data across applications. Before Albato, I wasted so much time copy and pasting data between apps, uploading/downloading files, and doing other tedious tasks manually. Now I have automations that seamlessly transfer info between my CRM, project management tools, email marketing platform, and more. This saves me hours per week and lets me focus on high-value work. My data is synced automatically between apps so I always have the latest updated info at my fingertips when I need it. No more shuffling between apps to get the full picture. The workflows I've set up act like an orchestra conductor - coordinating my business systems to work in harmony. Albato is the glue that binds everything together for maximum efficiency.
Pros:
As someone who likes to tinker with tech, what I love about Albato is the sheer flexibility and customization it offers. The ability to build your own app integrations with APIs and webhooks is incredibly powerful. I've been able to connect niche apps that would never be supported by other tools. The App Integrator and webhook support make Albato like a Swiss Army knife for automation - it can adapt to handle virtually any app or workflow I throw at it. The App Integrator was easy enough for me to use with my intermediate coding skills. With the Tier 2 AppSumo plan, the 45,000 monthly operations and unlimited automations remove any worries about hitting limits. I can set up as many complex multi-step workflows as needed to automate my business processes.
Cons:
As a relatively new platform, Albato is still building up their native integration library. While they have the core apps covered, I did need to build a few custom integrations. Their roadmap shows active development here. The usage analytics could be more robust. I'd love to see detailed stats on each automation like error rates. This would help optimize the most critical workflows. The documentation, while good, assumes some base technical knowledge. For non-technical users, more onboarding guides and video tutorials would help shorten the learning curve.Overall though, Albato delivers automation power and flexibility that outshines competitors at a fraction of the price. The few limitations are outweighed by the capabilities I gain.
An Evolution in Workflow Automation
Comments: My overall experience with Albato has been nothing but great. The platform is a pleasure to use, and the support is top-notch, big shout out to [sensitive content hidden] .
Pros:
In essence, Albato significantly simplifies the management of a digital business by automating a plethora of processes. It bridges the gap between incompatible or siloed applications, allowing them to interact seamlessly. The outcome, optimizing overall operations. This not only improves efficiency but also results in substantial cost savings. In addition, Albato facilitates effortless scalability with minimal friction, making it an invaluable tool for businesses seeking to grow and evolve their operations.
Cons:
Albato has a somewhat limited range of native integrations when compared to other competitors, but this is mitigated by the ability to add your own integrations. Also, certain aspects of the user experience could use enhancement. Needless to say, these are minor issues compared to the numerous positive attributes of both the platform and its dedicated team.

Awesome iPaaS Automation Tool and Worthy Competitor of Zapier and Pabbly Connect
Comments: So far, my experience with Albato has been positive, I am very excited to find a solution for automation at a better price than their competition (Pabbly Connect and Zapier)
Pros:
Albato is an Intuitive tools to integrate cloud applications, One of the main reasons why you would like to use this automation tools is time-savingCreating automation workflows for tedious tasks are worth the investment.
Cons:
I wished Albato had more tools to play with data, however I checked on Albato's roadmap and found that they are constantly integrating third-party cloud apps and tools.
Albato – A Comprehensive and User-friendly App Integration Tool
Comments: Albato is solving the issue of app integration, serving as a bridge between various applications I use daily. This simplifies my workflow, reduces manual data entry, and increases efficiency. It's particularly beneficial in automating tasks, saving significant time, and allowing me to focus on strategic tasks instead. It's a robust solution that greatly enhances productivity
Pros:
It is user-friendly, making the task of integrating apps a breeze. It hosts a wide array of apps for integration, meeting diverse needs. The completeness of its rules and conditional tools is nothing short of impressive, ensuring all eventualities are covered.
Cons:
Thus far, I haven't encountered any negatives – Albato has successfully managed all tasks I've needed it for. A fantastic tool indeed
Consistently getting better
Comments: Other than Albato, I have used Zapier, Pabbly, Make and KonnectItz. I do not find Albato the easiest to use; however, it is one of the more powerful automation apps. There's an App Integrator that lets you create your own apps and offers endless options with support for API access. Which makes Albato a great investment for those wanting more advanced automations. I am impressed so far with the number of pre-built apps that has been added over the past year.
Pros:
I find the connection interfaces and automation screens very easy to follow and organize compared to some of the other apps. The detailed history logs and error handling are top-notch. The App Integrator is also a great bonus, and I am looking forward to learning more and trying it out.
Cons:
Unlike Pabbly, you have to stop automations before editing them. This doesn't sound like a big deal, but makes it much easier to fix errors without having to disrupt your incoming webhooks. I found this very handy with Pabbly and would love to see this implemented in Albato. Also, I find that Pabbly separates the incoming data better with headers, so it's a lot easier to understand. I find with Albato, I usually have to check logs to see if I placed the data in the correct spots.

I think there are things to like
Comments: I've had mixed experience with support and because they've written blogs for support of connectors it really has been frustrating. Responses like "we will see if it is needed" are a bit offputting when asking for a complete connection. I think they may be overwhelmed by new customer volume.
Pros:
The fact that I can create my own connectors AND set it up to migrate data are real game changers. Not that you can't do the data migration with other tools but being able to create a scenario once and reuse it with multiple clients is power! Very stong builder of connectors as well. Don't see what you're looking for? If they have an api you can create it!
Cons:
Documentation seems to be lacking especially on things like Google Sheets which is a huge one. Albato writes documentation in blogs for their connectors which doesn't make a ton of sense considering they have a documentation for the product. Feels patched together. Also I've got mixed feelings about how the billing works but it's no different than Make for example and hopefullly will get better over time.UI is nice, but it looks like Zapier... I prefer Make's UI and flexibility.
A versatile and user-friendly integration software with a great Custom integration functionality
Comments: I’m a freelance digital marketing generalist and I’ve been using albato for a few weeks now. I’m very happy with this software because it has some integrations that I couldn’t find elsewhere, especially compared to SyncSpider (for which I also have an account). The interface is very user-friendly and intuitive, and I love that it’s a European company that respects data privacy and security. Albato also has great customer support and a lot of tutorials and guides to help you get started : it was very easy to set up. It’s a very versatile and powerful tool that helps me automate my workflows and save time and money as a freelancer. In the end : I highly recommend Albato to anyone who needs a reliable and affordable integration software and who is looking for an alternative to the well established big players on this market (.
Pros:
What I liked most about Albato is the"Custom Apps integrator" functionality : . It allows me to create custom integrations with any service that has an API, even when the integration is not listed yet on their website as a "default" integration. This way, I can connect albato with any tool or platform that I use for my digital marketing projects. The functionality is rather easy to use and it gives me a lot of flexibility and control over my data and workflows. I think it’s a very powerful feature because you are not limited anymore by the catalog of ready-made integrations offered out of the box by the Albato's team !
Cons:
Not that much. Maybe the pricing page could be immediately more explicit about what is called a "transaction"...
A simple and efficient No-Code Automation Software
Comments: All the integrations that we needed for our use case were present and working flawlessly. The software is really well documented and the support staff is right there to assist us. For example, we were having an hard time trying to understand the difference between Transactions vs operations and their support staff was able to clarify immediately.
Pros:
The support staff is highly responsive. The UI and UX is perfectly balanced
Cons:
The difference in cost of operations when using API vs Webhook doesn't make much sense for me.
Alternatives Considered:
The Swiss knife of automation
Pros:
The best thing about Albato is the ability to add yourself the integrations you need through the App builder. That together with the ease of use make it the best option that exists.
Cons:
It is an starting platform so it doesn’t have all the integrations other platforms have but the fact that they are working really hard every week with the possibility to add integrations by yourself make up for their shortcomings.
Alternatives Considered:
A great replacement for Zapier and Pabbly
Pros:
Without any knowledge of programming code you can connect to different services in a couple of minutes. The interface is very nice and there is documentation. And also there are already templates for frequently used integrations with services. The support team is quick to respond and help with all questions.
Cons:
I didn't find any obvious disadvantages, there is a little confusion when setting up the integration with the pop-up window, but it's not critical for me
The Better Zapier Alternative
Comments: My overall experience with Albato has been exceptional. The tool’s user-friendly interface and extensive support have made it a pleasure to use. The App Integrator feature stands out, allowing me to quickly add apps and customize integrations. Albato has helped me automate and integrate my systems without the need for additional programming resources. I have found the tool to be intuitive, effective, and constantly improving. The 24/7 customer support provided by Albato has also been outstanding. Overall, my experience with Albato has been highly positive, and I would highly recommend it to others looking for a customizable and user-friendly automation tool.
Pros:
It has App Integrator which you can create custom integration to any app with API. Also, they are fast in creating new integration and the support is super responsive and helpful.
Cons:
Missing some popular applications and missing some functionality to some application that is already connected but I'm sure they will catch up because of how fast they are releasing updates.
A Powerful No-Code Automation Platform for Streamlining Workflows
Comments: Albato has become an essential tool in my tech stack for automating tedious manual tasks and integrating data across multiple apps. It has significantly boosted my productivity and allowed me to streamline processes that used to take up way too much time.
Pros:
What I like most about Albato is its intuitive no-code interface that makes it incredibly easy to automate workflows and integrate apps without any coding skills. The platform offers an extensive library of over 500 apps that can be connected in just a few clicks. I was able to set up complex automations very quickly, which has saved me countless hours of manual work.
Cons:
One area where Albato could improve is by adding even more app integrations. While the current selection covers most popular business tools, there are still some niche apps missing that would be helpful to have.
Albato: A User-Friendly Platform that Leverages Automation to Save You Time and Effort
Pros:
What I love most about Albato is their commitment to customization. They've recently added more options to tailor your experience to your specific needs, which has been a game-changer for me. Whether you're looking to create a personalized dashboard or customize workflows, Albato's got you covered. Their user-friendly interface is also a major plus. As someone who isn't particularly tech-savvy, I was impressed with how easy it was to navigate the platform and get started quickly. The scalability of Albato is another notable feature – whether you're a small business or an enterprise-level organization, they seem to be able to accommodate your needs.
Cons:
Of course, no platform is perfect, and there were a few areas where Albato fell short for me. At times, communication broke down, and I didn't receive timely updates on project progress. This caused some minor delays in our timeline. Additionally, there were a few customization requests that weren't possible within their system.
A serious contender to Zapier or Make
Comments: I have no regrets switching over from Make. Albato does everything it's supposed to do and more. I've experienced no system errors or outages in the time I've used them.
Pros:
Albato is extremely easy to use and the workflow is already similar to that of Zapier. It has a deep catalog of integrations and the customer service team is very prompt.
Cons:
Not a lot to dislike - if you've used similar services before, you'll find Albato easy to assimilate to but with more generous plans.
